Smart control option is the one i love the most. because it automatically choose the settings to run according to the amount of clothes and type of clothes you loaded. if your away from home. you can see in the app if its running or not. and whenever you want to turn it on and off you can easily do it in the app while you are away from your home. what an amazing . Its a high technology device. when you close the washer it is going down by itself slowly and smoothly. it dont make banging noise. it has self control. you just make a little touch to push a little down and it will completely go down on its own. i love it very much and i can more clothes compare to my old washer. the same thing the dryer it has smart control button which is my button to use.

With the auto sensing dry and adjusting heat level this thing will adapt and just dry as much as needed and shut off! Best feature is the Samsung smart home app which allows us to start the dryer remotely in the evening when rates are low and the demand on the Texas grid is much less. It also lets us know when the load is complete so we can start another one instead of keep checking on it every fifteen minutes. This dryer has been awesome and we can't wait to do such a tedious task like laundry now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Washer is quiet and cleans clothes well. It is efficient and alerts me when my laundry is done via Smart Things. The digital display is easy to read. The see thru top glass allows you to see the washer doing its cycle or to view when your laundry is done. The detergent/bleach/fabric softener tray is very conveniently located and accessible.

Have had this dryer since April 2024 and here I am for the second time late to work because this dryer will not dry my clothes. I have been sitting here for an hour and 30 minutes and my clothes aren't dry. My boss is getting old with the “my brand new dryer isn't drying my clothes” excuse. Thank you Samsung. This is why I do not buy your phones because your products are cheap and not reliable… now here I am stuck with a dryer that doesn't work and no money to go back to Frigidaire.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pretty impressed with my new Samsung dryer. It gets super hot fast. It has a fast dry cycle that gets super hot and dries your laundry fast. It's great for towels and sheets and other heavy duty items. I really like the SmartThings app. I am one of those people that always leaves my laundry in the dryer and lets it get all wrinkled. When you use the app it lets you know when your cycle is finished but you can also set it to prevent wrinkles for up to 3 hours. There are a lot of other useful features on the app which I have not explored fully. I also really like the lint trap. This one has a flap on it that you can open and close so that when you pull it out all of the lint doesn't fall off into the machine like on a lot of other models. The only thing I can think of that I would add to this would be an interior light. The drum is dark in color and an interior light would be a fantastic addition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was unsure on how well these were going to clean, especially with kids in sports and a wife who is a preschool teacher. It needed to be able to clean the stinky clothes, wash the paint and dirt off a shirt that was touched by small hands and even wash the every day laundry that had accumulated through the week. The washer and dryer have been amazing with doing all of it. I love the water jet feature, it makes it easy to pre- treat those stains before throwing the clothes into the washer. I also like that I am able to control both washer and dryer with the smart things app. I am so far impressed that these two things could make my job so much easier in doing laundry. I am glad that I was able to sign up for this campaign.

This dryer accommodates all of our needs easily. It dries everything quickly and evenly. I installed a standalone vent because our shop didn't have an outside vent. It works very well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is well built. The drum is solid and will last a long time. What I really like about the dryer is the senor dry. A lot of machines will leave the clothes a bit wet and timed dry can too long. The sensor dry has the clothes running just the amount of time which saves me on my energy bill. Connecting the smartthings app let's me control the dryer remotely.
