outrageous! This product pure trash! It lasted about 2 years at most, about 8 months ago the dryer would stop drying. About a month ago this product set my 5 year year old son Joshua's hair on fire! NEVER AGAIN!

Samsung deleted my previous 1 star review of this product. They don't want people to know that their dryer doesn't dry. I was struggling with this inferior product just earlier....4 cycles to get a set of full size microfiber sheets/pillow cases done.

There are a lot of settings for different types of laundry, and I can even have it select a drying mode based on my wash settings. The integration with SmartThings is really nice because it allows me to get notifications on my phone when a cycle is complete. I like being able to use the timed dry setting to just run an item or two through if I need to. The dryer is also nice and quiet compared to our last one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving this dryer, it's huge inside. I was amazed to see it fit my king sized fluffy comforter. No longer do I have shrunken clothes, the dryer senses when the clothes are dry without overdrying and burning the fibers. The clothes feel soft even with softener. And the straight forward options take the thinking out of what setting to put it on. Connecting it to the SmartThings app is so helpful, you can see how much time is left and it will notify you when done. And if you connect it to Alexa then it will be announced when the dryer is finished as well. It is easily the best dryer I've ever had.

I say it's a warm hug not just because it is a dryer (and has several temperature settings) but because it is so sleek it makes me happy every time I enter my laundry room. I have downloaded the Smart Things app and it looks promising, especially when I forget that I have a load in the dryer and need to keep it fresh. I haven't used it very much, but keeping dry laundry fresh is a definite plus. I look forward to trying all of the different settings. As it is, the variety of settings is more than I could ask for, making sure each of the different kinds of loads I wash are individually dried in the best way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer has been wonderful. There's plenty of space for even a comforter and easy to use with soothing bells and sounds. The SmartThings app adds to the level of convenience - I'm notified when the load finishes through the TV if watching and on the phone. There is as well a fun song when the cycle is complete. We have 6 people doing laundry in our house so the load capacity also reduces the amount of time needed to get all of our laundry done! The only downfall is I don't see an interior light in the dryer when the doors open. If that's the only downfall, it's still a great dryer!
