Best headphone I've ever had

I have always worried about getting over ear headphones and then they don't fit, but these ones are great! They are very high quality and very comfortable. The noise cancelling and sound quality are amazing! Very very expensive, but I am happy with my purchase. I wouldn't recommend these to people who are on a budget.

Solid Headphones

Only issue I really had was figuring out all the button shortcuts, but there's nothing they could've done about that. Just issues on my end overall solid quality headphones. On the other hand…I don't like how they aren't very comfortable to wear selling your neck if you take them off to talk to sombody or what not. Almost feel like I'm getting choked. As well as I don't like how they fold up into the case. Kind of wish they went for a more simple fold up design because I almost feel like I'm going to break the headphones. Overall though the quality and everything is amazing just have issues due to lack of knowledge on buttons and personal preference on “storage”

Rechargeable. No need for batteries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My prior pair of headphones took a battery that leaked and ate away the wire connection. I do like the rechargeable feature on this pair of headphones. The background noise was much quieter while flying with the new ones.

Sound Quality and Confort are incredible

These headphones are the most comfortable headphones I've ever worn. Sounds great and the noise cancelation is incredible as well. They aren't as snug as I would like for working out but that's hardly an issue unless I am completely horizontal or upside down so I won't take points off for that. I would highly recommend these headphones and Bose in general

Small Improvements

I have the QC15s and QC 35 ii and wanted to replace the QC15s I have a work. I do enjoy the lightness of this new model and the improved app experience. Part of the 4-star review comes from the apps requirement to have the location turned on. Not impressed having 2 apps for 2 different models. My QC35s did a better job with audio when connected to multiple devices. If I am listening to music from my phone while the device is connected to the computer, the audio keeps cutting out and I have to press pause and play to reconnect. I would not pay full price but the sale price on refurbished headphones I do believe I got my moneys worth.

Worth the hype!

I've wanted to try a pair of Bose QuietComfort headphones for a long time, but thought there was no way they could live up to all the hype (or my budget, which was limited). Due to a couple of upcoming long flights, I decided to try a pair and they are beyond anything I have ever heard! I'm a radio announcer by trade, so I know headphones. These not only have a very balanced sound, but the noise canceling is truly amazing. I can't even hear my husband talking to me in the same room. They're extremely comfortable, which will be good on my long trips. My head usually feels "pinched" after wearing studio headphones for a few hours, but not with the Bose. I look at these as an investment that I hope will last me for years to come.

A bit uncomfortable but overall good!

I bought this product a month ago and I am happy with my purchase! The noise cancellation is good but sometimes when I wear the headphones it hurts the top of my head. I can't tell if it's my short, thin, asian hair or it's just the headphone cushion itself. The noise cancelling is awesome, sometimes my friends get mad at me for not answering them lol. I haven't really used the mic function but on snapchat, it worked perfectly fine! I do not know how it will work though when it's windy.

I won't be buying Bose again

Unfortunately - they stopped cancelling noise! There's a difference between quiet and aware mode, but the quiet mode doesn't work nearly as well as it used to. The microphone also stopped working almost entirely, it seems to only pick up about 10% volume, which is possibly why the noise cancelling feature stopped working.

Noise Cancelling Rocks

Bought these during the Black Friday sale and have been really impressed with them! This is my first time ever having noise cancelling headphones and they are a game changer. Super comfortable and the ability to go from "quiet" to "aware" is very easy. One thing I will note: if your headphones are connected to two sources (ex: laptop and phone) and you are streaming a video on one of them, the sound will briefly cut out every couple of minutes. This was annoying me but the solution is to disconnect the device not in use.

Good product, ok software

I purchased the headphones to replace an older pair. I already had downloaded the My Bose app to my Android phone and iPad. The headphones have more features than those I replaced. The app for Android downloaded without issue, even transferring settings from the older Bose app. The iPad app wouldn't recognize the headphones until I manually used the iPad bluetooth settings to connect it. Even then, the app didn't recognize it until several attempts to connect. There should be smooth transition from older Bose apps and the current version.
