Pros: Comfy, light weight, easy to use, Decent audio quality, decent noise cancellation Cons: Sometimes the bass isn't enough even when equalizer to set accordingly via app.. not a bass junkie but sometimes I want it to be turned very high..

I got this a few weeks ago; it is my first Bose product. These are really comfortable, and I have no problem wearing them for a couple of hours at a time. The Noise canceling is also amazing and drowns out most of the surrounding ambient noise. I am really enjoying these!

I bought these a couple of months ago, They work pretty well, I wear hearing aids, that is synced to most of my devices, and the sound is excellent. The headphones are just as clear sounding as my hearing instruments. The big drawback is the battery life which is short for a premium device.

I specifically purchased these headphones for a 17+ hour flight and they exceeded my expectations. The noise-cancelling feature absolutely rocks, as I managed to sleep comfortably in my flight. They're comfortable, great quality, and are simply good-looking.

'Double click' timing on multi-function button detection is awful - you have to learn the rate it recognizes it. Otherwise, the headphones ignores the second tap of the button and acts like you only pressed the button once. Furthermore, why doesn't any product have a physical mute switch so you know when you're muted? Or even a dedicated mute button so I don't have to mess around with the shoddy double click detection? People should have a reliable indicator if they are already muted. Furthermore, muting takes away the audio for a good two seconds, making this headset really poor for conference calls.

These headphones are great. The noise canceling is amazing! However, they seem to have this continuous problem cutting out audio, specifically with my M1 MacBook Pro. For a while it was just like half a second of silence once every minute or two. Now, after just a few weeks it is cutting out completely until I stop the music and start it back up. This is pretty frustrating and annoying. Other than that they are super comfy and great.

After 15 years of casual use (had to change the cushions once) it finally died. I upgraded to the new Bluetooth set and works as good as my old set….one problem..When I connect to my Amazon Fire Stick it occasionally cuts out where if I turn it off then on it comes back. I replaced the Fire Stick to the 4K Max streaming device and same. It seems to work on my phone. I purchased this mostly for when I fly on planes, it's unbelievable it makes the flight so much better so I will not give these up. Any software upgrades coming up? Thank you. Doug Proebster

I bought this mainly for the noise-canceling feature, which is very effective. However, I was not aware until after the purchase that it has to be connected to a smartphone via their music app. I found this confusing, and pointless for my needs. So not being especially tech-savvy, I then had to take a bunch of time to wade into figuring that all out. And to make it worse, there were no clear instructions about it all, either with what they sent me or online. Even clicking on the "user manual" on the Bose website only brings up the word "forbidden". So a lot of extra time and bother were necessary to simply get the noise-canceling feature to work. Thus I still haven't made up my mind about keeping this product.

Noise cancellation while connected via blue tooth is great, but sadly doesn't work when using a wire (turning them on silences the sound source!). However, sound quality is great in both cases. Greatly appreciate having two devices enabled without having to pair again when switching. So far I have not managed to use them for phone calls - the other party always complains about not hearing me.

These head phones are the comfiest things to wear. I previously owned a pair of Beats Solo headphones and want to upgrade to an around the ear as opposed to the on ear Solo's. I went and bought the Beats Studio 3 and I did not feel like I got an upgrade. The quality was not there at all. I felt like I got ripped off. This Studio 3's and the Bose QC45's and pretty much the same price. I am so happy I switched to Bose!!!
