Great product! The noise cancelation is superb and no headband fatigue. Just one thing is that either aware or noise cancellation is on, high pitch metal clanging sound bleeds really loudly. Ie) when I play around with my keys, keys hit each other, it's abnormally loud, in all modes of the headset. Other wise I love my purchase!

I got this a few weeks ago; it is my first Bose product. These are really comfortable, and I have no problem wearing them for a couple of hours at a time. The Noise canceling is also amazing and drowns out most of the surrounding ambient noise. I am really enjoying these!

Excellent at noise cancelling but the shape of the headband cushion places pressure on the top of my head and makes them uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time (the 6 hours to fly across the US). Wish they'd update the cushion into a stretchy-band that drapes across the head more like gaming headphones.

They're very comfortable for use all day, only thing i wish was different was that they leaked sound less. You can start to hear exactly what I'm listening to halfway up the volume which sucks for school but regardless they're very comfortable and the noise cancellation is good.

Great legendary Bose sound and ANC in a light and compact design. My only cons is the software and how few settings I can customize including the EQ, That might change with future firmware updates but Bose is lagging behind Sony, Technics, Jabra and Sennheiser. I feel a little better ANC experience with Jabra or Technics.

I bought the headphones about 4 weeks ago. Sound and noise cancelling are great. They work very well when I have loud noise in my background. Why I gave it 3 stars - I can't get the microphone to work on any device - Dell computer with Zoom, iphone etc. I need both a speaker and a mic function. This seems to be a known problem and the solutions are not clear and not working for me.

The sound quality is exceptional, although I don't hear a significant difference from a pair of QC earbuds that I own. However, the cushion over the unbreathable earcup is unbearably hot and humid after a couple hours of constant use. It was 32 degrees outside in the winter and my ears are hot and sweat! I cannot imagine myself wearing a pair of these in the summer at all. Also, it does not have adjustable levels of noise cancellation like the earbuds do.

I bought this less than a month ago and while I heard great things about it, it's not holding up to my standard. For an expensive headphone you'd think they wouldn't randomly stop playing sound even though they're charged and connected. Sometimes I'll be listening to something and then the sound just cuts off or sounds robotic, they're very comfortable and I love the look, but honestly I would return them if I could. I'm also not a huge fan of how you control everything with buttons, instead of tapping on the side like Sony or apple, there's three buttons jammed right next to each other so it's hard to tell them apart at first although you do get used to it. The sound quality is good but it's not the best I've ever heard either.

They are very aesthetic and pretty they are also light and comfortable. On apps I notice sometimes when the audio goes out from like scrolling on insta there is sometimes a quick static noise but it lasts only like half a second so it's fine. Love them !

I got these recently. The app is very reliable and helpful with the adjustable equalizer for treble and bass. One thing that Im concerned about is the ear cups actually. The inside lining feels like it can come out so easily or with wear overtime. I guess that is why they have ear cups to buy once these are done but I wish the lining werent so loosely placed in these. Besides that, they are very comfy hence the name and the case is very slick. I have the white color which although most leading have a white headphone color, Im glad these do too.
