I bought these bad boys 6 months ago and they have been one of the best purchases (tech wise) I have ever purchased, use them for gym, travelling and working, took them to Japan and they never missed a beat, the noise cancelling feature is solid and they sound very good.

I bought these a couple of months ago, They work pretty well, I wear hearing aids, that is synced to most of my devices, and the sound is excellent. The headphones are just as clear sounding as my hearing instruments. The big drawback is the battery life which is short for a premium device.

I always want to own a Bose product due to an excellent reputation and a gold standard it has received. With that said, I'm a little disappointed that the noise cancellation headphone doesn't live up to my expectations. The headphone is great at reducing a background noise, e.g., a computer fan and a whisper. Anything louder than the two provided examples are audible. When I use the headphone, I have to close the room door for a maximum effect. I would recommend this product, but do not expect the headphone to cancel all the noise and expect nothing but silence.

I've had the qc25 for several years now so I thought it was time to upgrade to a wireless/wired head set. Was so disappointed when I found out that I could not use it to play games and party chat on my Xbox X when I play online. I can hear the game and my friends but they can't hear me. Something about frequency issues between Xbox and Bose and that's the reason the mic doesn't work on Xbox. That part sucked.

I'm very much enjoying the product. It does everything I expected it to do. I have a number of Bose products… every one of them has done what they were supposed to do. Very happy. With the earbud's I shut down the world and get on with my day to I can focus on the day or the task at hand as I'm out and about on the road or on the job. When I can shut out the noise and focus on a audiobook, podcasts, training sessions and even some music. I wish my Bose could tell me not to pick up the phone, spoiling the joy they deliver

My husband gave them to me a couple of weeks ago. I wished they canceled out a little more sound but other than that was happy with them. Then this past week the microphone suddenly stopped working during phone calls. It only picks up my voice now if I am yelling.

These headphones have all the features I'm looking for. I'll mainly use them for air travel. I was hopeful that these would work for me. However, after trying them out at home for a few minutes, I started to get pressure at the top of my neck, right under my ears. The band is already as small as it will go. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with headphones that won't adjust small enough for my head and it's the reason I bought this new pair. I'll try them again, but it seems like I might need to look for another option.

I purchased my QC45's a few weeks ago and am quite satisfied with them. They're lighter and much more comfortable than my Beats headphones but get warmer because they're over the ear versus the Beats which are on the ear. Sound quality is better with great highs and enough bass to rattle my few remaining brain cells. They hold enough charge for two or three days of play time which is much better than the Beats, which always require a daily charge. The build doesn't seem to be as strong as the Beats due to the lighter weight materials. Overall they're a very good set of headphones but also quite pricey.

Have owned for over a year and it's just so comfortable. Also love its battery life. USB-C charging is also a big plus. I also like the "aware" mode since we have our grandchildren over often and I can hear them when I need to. Just a great over the ear headphone set.

QuietComfort 45 #1 quit working completely after day 1. I returned it to place of purchase and they said we would get a new one mailed to us shortly. I was hoping for a product exchange that day since this was a National merchant but they were out of inventory post Christmas. A week later QuietComfort #2 arrived and has worked fine. Other than the week delay in getting a Christmas gift, I'm pleased with service and performance of product.
