MADE FOR BIG HEADS

I have had the same problem with every pair of bose i have bought. the head span is too large. its for people with big heads or long hair. it doesn't fight to your ear so the sound isn't as good as it could be. i have had to find ways to balance them with the various exercises i do at the gym and cardio.

Mostly Good

I received the QC45's a few days ago and while I loved so much about them, did not find that they were that much of an improvement over my QC15's. I listen to mostly classical music and was hoping to hear full base and highs. And even with some fiddling with the EQ (which helped much) they just didn't measure up. So, I traded up to the NC700's hoping that they will fill the bill. I've always loved Bose products for their professional quality of build and sound, so I wanted the 45s to work. Still, I have high hopes for the 700s.

Problems with MIC and BT

Worked fine for about 1 week. After that other phone callers couldn't hear me properly or not at all. The BT range has shrunk to ridiculous 5m (eye contact with paired device). Software up to date. Reading online instructions for restoring factory settings right now so "you" cound't have picked a worse time to promt me with this feedback form. Hoping on that reset, otherwise returning the headset asap. But while they were functioning they were very good, even when connected to 2 devices. Couldn't ask for much more in that price range I guess.

Great sound

Got these a few weeks ago. They have incredible sound, very comfortable and the noise cancellation is great. I'm not very happy with the battery life. It's dropped 20% in 10 Minutes without me even using them. I don't know if I just got a defective pair or not but wasn't happy about that.

Gread sound, no Mic

I bought the headphones about 4 weeks ago. Sound and noise cancelling are great. They work very well when I have loud noise in my background. Why I gave it 3 stars - I can't get the microphone to work on any device - Dell computer with Zoom, iphone etc. I need both a speaker and a mic function. This seems to be a known problem and the solutions are not clear and not working for me.

Disappointing Bass but Great ANC feature

I bought these headphones about a few weeks ago. They are very comfortable to wear for extended periods and the noise cancellation is great and easy to switch between active and transparency modes. I am however disappointed in the bass quality of these headphones, this makes listening to music not as quite immersive as I'd like for the price point of these headphones. The app is easy to use and the equalizer settings are nice feature, but it'd be better if you could save multiple presets or have built in preselected settings. Also it's be nice to have an option of completely turning off the noise cancellation and awareness mode.

Pretty good!

I like the noise cancelling, it works really well. I would not recommend turning it off when on a plane however. I did notice there were a few quirks with it when we were taking off/landing. It got all static-like. Not sure if it was due to me sitting next to the wings or not. Also noticed that when watching Netflix off an iPad, it would pause (or go quiet) every 50-55 seconds. The sound would go quiet for a few moments and then you'd hear everything. If you have a small head, you might not have it sit perfectly. The top of the headset doesn't get smaller than the smallest retraction. Other than those instances, it's a pretty well put together headset.

Awesome

I bought this a few weeks ago to drown out the sound of my very noisy upstairs neighbours (I live in an apartment building), and let me tell you, I don't hear them with these headphones! Also, when I take the bus, they are able to cut out the sound of the bus's engine, so it is a lot less noisy.

So so

My first Bose noise canceling head phones were QC15s that are still going strong however I needed Bluetooth. Enter the QC45s, all I really needed was some good NC as I travel a lot. The difference between the 15s and the 45s When comparing NC was minimal. Am I happy with the purchase yes, am I disappointed they were not significantly better then my 10+ year old Bose QC15s? Yes. All in all they will get the job done. Cheers!

Underwhelmed

I bought these headphones the last Prime day, the sound it produces is very nice But the noise canceling sucks big time. I commute from PA to NYC every day via bus and if the bus goes over a rough pavement I can hear the noise inside the headphones which is very unnerving.
