i am a first time buyer of the chicken pot pie, it was very tasty and the crust was flaky, i added a half cup of broccoli to the top and it was awesome, i am diabetic and this was a perfect lunch for me. the flavor was really good and the price is affordable in these money crunch times. will definitely continue to purchase this product.

I have purchased your chicken pot pies in the past and enjoyed them very much. I was pleased that they tasted like they were made by my grandma. My recent purchase, however, was very disappointing... the chicken was full of fat and gristle. Every piece of chicken had either too much fat to eat, or had gristle. I would rather pay more for a pot pie with quality chicken than eat another pot pie like the one I had. The rest of the pot pie definitely met the high standards I expect from Marie Callender products. The veggies tasted fresh and the pastry was very flakey.

Too watery, too oniony, too many peas that gave the broth a pea taste, at least a dozen thickly sliced carrot pieces with strange texture, crunchy celery, soggy dumpling like bottom. The chicken was good and tender but not near as many as in the photo and too small cut. The pastry top was good but not great. Hubby liked it, though. I would not repurchase for myself. I remember it tasting better in the past.

Purchased the family size chicken pot pie and I'm pleasantly surprised. I honestly didn't expect it to be very tasty but it was! It was perfectly seasoned, a generous proportion of tender chicken, and delicious gravy. I will surely purchase this again. My only complaint is that the carrots were pretty crunchy.

I really like your frozen fruit pies. However, we have purchased the chicken pot pie with the thought that it would be one of the best, but discovered that it is dry. The flavor and ingredients are good, but both the larger and smaller pot pies do "not" have enough gravy in them. We were very disappointed! We will not be buying any more of this product, unless you add more gravy to the recipe.

I was shocked to notice that the calories for the smaller pie seemed to be larger than that for the larger pie. We finally had both boxes at the same time. the 10 oz pie says serving = 1 pie, calories 610 the 16 oz pie says serving = 1 CUP, calories 430 the boxes should use the same info - apples to apples as it were. So thinking that the pie was a slight reach for my diet at 430 calories, I find out it blew it out of the water at 860!!!!! seriously who eats 1/2 a pot pie?????????????????? The pie is great, but too many calories!!!!

I have eaten these pot pies for years and LOVED them (even when they discontinued my favorite honey roasted chicken), I just had to write to ask why they ruined them, The once delicious gravy is now thin and watery. The vegetables are gross and there is less meat. Come on....why would you ruin a good thing? I guess it is like everything else- cheaper to make a bad product. Well, you have lost my business and many others, according to the reviews-so are you REALLY making more money putting out a substandard product?

I just got a 16 oz. pot pie in the new kind of box for the first time. I followed the instructions for microwave cooking, and the top crust came out as hard as cement, as inedible as ceramic tile. This was very disappointing and I will not be buying this again. Since this had been a staple in my home for years, I am very unhappy with this change in packaging.

I love to have this with a lettuce salad. It's a quick meal you can just take out of the freezer, pop it into the microwave and be ready to eat in minutes. I prefer it made in the oven because the crust gets brown and crispy on the outside. It's enough to fill you up and is not too hard on your wallet. The chicken pieces have almost a lemony flavor which I love!

The Creamy Mushroom Chicken Pot Pie cooked in the microwave is unbelievably good. I usually bake pot pies in the oven, but the cooking instructions for this product said it could be cooked in the microwave, so I gave it a try. The crust was flakey and tender and the contents were creamy and tender. I would've have believed it had been cooked in the microwave if I hadn't cooked it myself!
