Great cheater meal for when you're tired and too lazy to make anything. Tastes great, easy. Just a warning if made in the oven allow to cool down a good 5 minutes, even then the inside is like lava. Never microwaved so unsure how that cooking method is.

Your white meat pot pies are not rated very high and that is because you are using celery in your recipe instead of potatoes in the frozen chicken and turkey pot pies. Celery is fine for cold tuna or chicken salads or for Asian stir fry dishes - but it is the wrong texture and just looks cheap in your white meat pot pies. Please, Google American Pot Pie recipes and you'll see that there are always potatoes included with the peas and carrots in the filling - never celery which is too watery for something baked in a pie crust. It should be bite-sized diced potatoes and carrots along with peas in the filling - no celery. We have to buy competitors' brand pot pies but the crust is never as good as Marie Callender's. But if you would consider changing your recipe soon we will start paying extra to buy this product which costs twice as much as your competitors - we should get potatoes instead of celery for your price. My family has always enjoyed your products,however the pot pies are often very dry an too doughy.we have always enjoyed the chicken corn chowder and beef pot pies,but the past 3 times they have been purchased the quality has been very inconsistent.The lasagna and your steamers and other meals have all been superb.

The main reason I will not be buying this product again is that the taste of onion overpowers every other flavor. I do like the crust....just wish there wasn't so much onion taste. Unfortunately, I will be searching for another brand of chicken pot pie.

Mrs. Callender's chicken pot pies are not very tasty anymore. They are very dry with little to none sauce. What happened to the tasty creamy sauce that used to be in the pies? I have bought these pies for years and they were very good but now they are barely edible. Bring back the tasty sauce and add a little more of the sauce to the pie. I would not recommend this pie at this time due to the dryness. Change back to the original recipe.

16 oz Chicken pot pie. Cooked ok in 10 minutes in microwave as advertised. Taste is fair. Lots and LOTS of crust, a few chicken chunks. I would be willing to pay a little more for a REALLY GOOD chicken pot pie. Not sure that i will buy another of one of these.

I haven't purchased Marie Callender's Chicken Pot Pies in a while. Evidently the recipe has changed. I bought several for my husband to have while I was away so he wouldn't have to cook. He told me after eating one that it was terrible. I tried one and he was right. I salted and salted (and I'm not a big salt eater) and could not get any taste to come through at all. There was chicken and vegetables, and it looked the same as I remember, but very bland. Finally I got out the tabasco and doused it with hot sauce and pepper just to get it down. Not sure what happened but I won't buy them again.

I recently purchased a carton of four chicken pot pies and was quite disappointed to discover that while there is an abundance of crust the filling is virtually non existent. Very little chicken and even fewer vegetables. Surely to be so widely advertised you would expect a better product!

What happened? The chicken pot pies used to be delicious, filled with chicken and with a top crust that was cooked and flaky. I see that you are trying to cut cost by reducing the amount of chicken and not including the browning circle in the box that makes the crust cook and become flaky when cooked in the microwave. Now it is a soggy, uncooked crust and a product I may not buy again.

All I can say is that this is the best chicken pot pie I've ever had! It tasted like it was freshly home made. Delicious and savory and juicy. The crust was a buttery,melt-in-your-mouth treat! I LOOOOVE everything I have eaten of Marie Callender's! Homemade goodness right in my freezer and all I had to do was push the button on my oven.
