Nice that it comes in 2 sizes and is rich in vegetables and meat with just the right amount of gravy. When you make a fruit pie you want to be able to eat it with a fork. When I buy a pot pie I also want to eat it with a fork. These are Perfect!!!! I do not have to get a spoon to eat the tiny pieces, because yours do not have tiny pieces, and the gravy is not so runny you have to eat with a spoon. Also the chunks of chicken can be seen without a microscope...

I hate to sound like a broken record, but I have to echo the reviewer who said, too much crust, too little gravy, too few veggies. PLEASE go to a one-crust pie. The top crust is WONDERFUL -- tasty, crispy, perfect, and sufficient. The inner crust isn't bad tasting or soggy (someone worked hard to achieve this, I know), but it's just too much starchy blandness, a bit too thick, and given the scarcity of gravy, makes the innermost part too dry! I loved that the few vegetables were not over-cooked and that I could taste them (they weren't just soggy lumps). But there really should have been more. Overall, I can understand why these pies had such a good reputation; the ingredients are great, but the recipe needs to be tweaked: add more gravy, more vegetables, and drop the bottom crust/ and you'll have perfection!

loved the crust but found it very light on vegetables. Too much gravy and not enough vegetable. Chicken amount was adequate. Also felt it could be larger. I still felt hungry after eating it. As I eat a lot of prepared food, I just think this would be a great product if it had more inside crust and larger It was tasty other then that.

I have always like the pot pies. Sometimes I used the microwave to cook them. Today I tired the Creamy Mushroom Chicken Pot Pie- upc 0 2113150127 3. This one had you to tear off the top and cook it. I used a 1250W microwave for 9 minutes. The crust tasted like old bread and was not edible. I had to throw the whole pie away. I hope they re-evaluate their pies -- maybe from the factories they taste great; not from my grocer. Regards, Terry

I had similar issues with the pot pies a couple years ago but I decided to give them a shot again because they were on sale. For being 16 ounce pot pies, these were remarkably light on the ingredients, and both of them has pieces of chicken that I could SWEAR had pieces of cartilage in them, and were impossible to chew. I spat them out and threw out the rest of the pot pies I'd bought. Never again.

I love the double crust and the flavor of the chicken pot pies. I just wish there was more filling. The ones we just had for dinner were quite dry because they were lacking in filling - quite disappointing. From the picture on the package I was ready for a pot pie filled to the brim with veggies and sauce with the nice pieces of chicken. If I recommended these to a friend, it would be with the caveat that there is not an ample amount of filling. Hopefully, the company will address this and add some more filling.

I bought a box of Chicken pot pies and had to check the box because there was a just couple of pieces of chicken which was really disappointing to say the least. I thought I bought a vegetarian pot pie. This is one REALLY big rip off. I'd like to know how many ounces of chicken are supposed to be in each pot pie??? If I were to weigh the chicken I would need a pennyweight scale.

The chicken pot pie was very tasty. I feel as though it is mostly gravy. Definitely not full like the picture on the packaging. A few peas, 1 carrot and maybe 4 tiny pieces of chicken. I don't believe the product lives up to its advertising and definitely not worth the $$.

We purchased a package of 8 Marie Callenders chicken pot pies and are very disappointed in the quality. The vegetables were hard and chewy and there were several pieces of gristly chicken in the pies we ate. We're very disappointed in the product and won't be recommending the prepackaged Marie Callenders products.

I enjoyed the chicken pot pies for years but lately I've noticed they scrimp on the chicken and basically fill up the pie with a few peas cream sauce and mostly dough. The last and final pot pie I had contained only 3 tiny cubes of chicken meat,some shaved carrots, sauce and alot of dough. Not worth the money.
