Overall, I really like MC's foods. However, the small chicken pot pies are a disappointment with the amount of food you actually get. Too much crust and a lot of space between the crust and the actual fillings, especially with the price. I can buy at least 3 other brand's pot pies for one of MC, and get much more fillings that way. The taste is good, just very lacking in terms of amount for what you pay.

Chicken/turkey pot pies are about as good as the old Banquet pies. They have a vague/strange poultry flavor that is a concoction of chemicals and more artificial flavorings. When a person bakes one, turns it up side down on a plate to see if it is fully done, one sees that it is just a sparce quarter filled serving of a few vegetables, mostly a nasty broth and then just a lot of dough. It's not a meal. Those chunks of white meat are tasteless. Yuk. You spend a lot of money on presentation and promotion when you should fill it up with some good vegetables and some dark meat for flavoring.

A Marie Callender's Chicken Pot Pie was one of my few guilty pleasures. The last one I bought just tasted nasty. It wasn't the consistency or the contents, it was the flavor. I don't know what you have done to the best frozen pot pie out there, but I won't be buying any more.

Marie Callender's used to make the very best pot pies. It was made with real chicken meat chunks. I just eagerly waited on one to get done. To my great dismay, I bit into the chicken to find that it is processed meat. The texture is like chewing rubber and tastes gross. Stop cheating people and false advertising your product. It's now equal to cheap pot pies and not worth the money.

I have eaten MC's chicken and turkey pot pies for years, yet, as I sit here eating a MC's chicken pot pie, i realize that I no longer enjoy them as I used to. Where once there was an abundance of vegetables in them, now there is all of maybe a little over a tablespoon. The gravy used to be quite thick, now it is not. And what happened to the pot pies that had brocolli In them? Now they are nowhere to be found. I will not be purchasing MC pot pies in future until the company changes things up. I just am not enjoying this pot pie in front of me.

I bought a chicken pot pie. Number 5014 4154 oop1 14:22 P45 bar cord 2113150111. There was 12 pease 4 cubes of chicken 1/2 carrot cut up. No gravy and all plain crust. You can't live on that pot pie. Was this a mistake? There is another number MEN 9072541 on the box. If this is not a mistake I will not recommend it to anyone.

Have always enjoyed MC chicken pot pies, not real healthy however good comfort food if you don't make a steady habit of them. Haven't eaten one in at least a couple years, tonight I indulged and was very disappointed. MC has re formulated (probably to save money) and the experience has changed, the chicken looks and tastes as though it is reconstituted . . . the seasoning of the chicken is equally odd and tastes a bit chemically/soapy. Disappointed with ConAgra as well since I am a long time stock holder.

Nothing says comfort food to me like a pot pie. I've tried a LOT of frozen ones, and Marie Callender's Chicken Pot Pie is the best one ever! The filling has lots of juicy chicken with a nice cream sauce and plenty of plump peas - always a plus! The crust is tender and flaky and crisps up nicely. It even gets nice and brown on the bottom for that buttery crust taste. Cooking is a breeze! Honestly, if you follow the instructions I don't know how you can go wrong. I have an under-powered microwave and just added an extra minute for a perfect pot pie! If you haven't tried this pot pie yet what are you waiting for? If you love pot pie, go get one of these!

I've always loved your Chicken or Turkey Pot Pies and was willing to pay more than some of the cheaper pot pies. This time they look like the cheaper smaller pot pies still with the expensive price tag. The taste was very poor with a couple of bits of chicken and veges. It was so bad I didn't even finish it after a few bites. I may return the other 2 I bought.

My wife and I just had a chicken pot pie and the experience was very substandard. I had to spit some of mine out because the chicken was not good cuts of chicken. I actually swallowed a couple more bad bites of chicken. It was terrible and I have always thought Marie Callender products were pretty high quality. I didn't say anything to my wife when she made a statement that the chicken was not good in her pie. The number on the box is 5014 3304 00P3 13;31 P45. I hope this is not where you , as a company, have gone in regard to quality.
