My wife and I both had a Chicken Pot Pie for supper last night, Oct 24, 2014. It was very tasty yet was dry. There was none of the expected flow of gravy when the pie was cut open. The flavor was fine but the dryness detracted from what each of us expected.One of them had a code of 5014 3334 00 P2 10:28 P45 with a use by date of May 24, 2015. The other was coded 5014 3350 00 P2 12:22 P45 with a use by date of Jun 09 2015. I would recommend this product but would advise of the problem we had.

I discovered Marie Callender's chicken pot pies the other day and I'm embarrassed to say that I must've been living under a rock to have never had these before. All of the frozen dinners I've had for the past 25 years have been a flavorless desert. I have found an oasis for my taste buds!! How did you make a pot pie so perfect?! Thank you!

I have loved Marie Callender's Chicken Pot Pies for years, but the last several times I've eaten one, ther has been WAY to much black pepper, so much that it burns my mouth. I contacted customer service and they sent me some free coupons, but they still haven't reduced the amount of pepper in the pies. I guess I have to find another brand of chicken pie.

The crust has an artificial & lingering oily taste (probably the soybean oil) that is unpleasant which overrides an otherwise fairly decent product... Too bad they don't use Olive Oil or Real Butter... On the other hand, very pleased that they do NOT use hydrogenated oil according to the label.

I eat these when dining alone, the rest of the family is either at work or out for the evening. It makes a comforting and filling meals which is easy and quick to prepare. The top crust is always flaky. The chicken pieces are tender, the vegetables are tasty.

I used to love these dinners, but the last few times I've eaten them, I'm left feeling shaky and with my stomach cramping. The chicken is grisly and rubbery and the chicken gravy doesn't taste good like it used to. These dinners have been making me feel ill lately and I'm afraid to buy them anymore.

I haven't gotten the frozen pot pies in a while, and looked forward to experiencing the flaky crust, yummy chicken and veggies, and the gravy that pulled it all together. I was so disappointed! The crust was still flaky, the meat and veggies were fine, but the gravy was soooo lacking. I truly think you have put half the gravy in that there used to be. By the time you mix everything together, the crust soaked up all the gravy, and the result was very dry. You HAVE to keep the balance people! BTW, I tried both the turkey and chicken pot pies with the same result.

it takes a lot to impress me. i don't know what all the bad reviews are about--i love these. the sauce is flavorful, veg is good, the seasoning's just right, the chicken is tender, and the crust is crispy--even made in the microwave. when i can't have a homemade one from mom, these are very satisfying and a great value. i add a little chili sauce/sriracha and yum-O

I bought the eight pack, as I had done before, but this time there was so little filling in them. I bought them a second time in the eight pack because they were so good the first time. Those were full and tasty. This second batch had a lot of crust but extremely bare on the filling. The taste was just "ok". I was truly disappointed. I am skeptical about buying them again for fear they will be like the last bunch.

I stopped buying pot pies years ago because the quality was awful, the chicken was like rubber. On a whim I picked up a Marie Calender's chicken pot pie and it all changed! Big chunks of chicken breast meat, whole veggies and flaky crust, I eat one every day! My favorite food!
