Good

Hi I do love your food and products but I wanted to suggest that with your pot pies Please put More vegetables in them. Every pot pie I've ever had there was no more then 4/6 pieces of vegetables in them. The picture on the box there's tons of vegetables pouring out. Please fill your pies with more vegetables

I call fraud.

The picture on the front shows way more vegetables and meat than what is actually in the pie. Today I counted 6 peas, 3 carrot slices and 5 cubes of chicken in the entire pie. It's all crust. I would call the picture a BIG FRAUD!!!! Why would a company be so dishonest!!!!

Used to be awesome, now not so much

We have always bought Marie Callenders as I believe that it is a far superior product to anything out there. However, the last few times I have been sorely disappointed in the quality of the chicken in the Pot Pie. Last nights was probably the worse yet. Every piece of "chicken" I got was chewy and felt like it was all tendons, not tender white meat. Also, the new way of cooking left the bottom center of the crust still doughy and way underdone. I realize that they are an inexpensive meal, but Pot Pies really are my favorite so it is just sad to not be able to enjoy it.

Very bad packaging

the new packaging is terrible, very difficult to open on the edges, you must cut the package with scissors as the bottom of the pan and the top crust stick to it. When you finally get it out of the package the pie sticks to the pan like glue. You have to dig it out in pieces. The crust sticks to the pan. We always enjoyed these but this is riciculous.

Chicken pie

Too much sodium; too much fat; little flavor; below the top crust the pie was half empty and didn't resemble the photo on the box; in a regular oven the bottom crust didn't fully cook; very few pieces of chicken or vegetables; I repeat...Too much sodium.

Why oh why is this the best chicken potpie

I have been eating your potpie since I was little and I have to say this is the best tasting ever! My only problem is I can't eat gluten. I was wondering if you could make, if you haven't already, make a gluten free chicken potpie. If possible please otherwise I will eat the ones worth gluten in it.

What happened?

I was a huge fan of the honey roasted chicken pot pies and tried the regular chicken ones once honey was discontinued. Not impressed! For starters, the crust once flaky and flavorful is now hard and tasteless, except for the bottom and sides with are tasteless yet remain gooey instead of cooking up in the oven (yes I followed the baking instructions). The chicken which used to be nice chunks of white meat is now a few precisely cut rectangles of something gross and not at all appetizing. If it ever was part of a chicken, it's unidentifiable as such. Vegetables are few and far between, filling is mostly the yucky cream sauce. For all the salt it says is in one serving, you sure can't tasted it in the bland pie. I'd call for you to bring back the honey roasted for its flavor but if it has the same gross fake chicken I wouldn't want it either. Your pot pies used to be such a great product, why cut quality?

Overall a good Chicken pot pie

My wife and I both had a Chicken Pot Pie for supper last night, Oct 24, 2014. It was very tasty yet was dry. There was none of the expected flow of gravy when the pie was cut open. The flavor was fine but the dryness detracted from what each of us expected. One of them had a code of 5014 3334 00 P2 10:28 P45 with a use by date of May 24, 2015. The other was coded 5014 3350 00 P2 12:22 P45 with a use by date of Jun 09 2015. I would recommend this product but would advise of the problem we had.

We're so glad you and your wife enjoyed the taste, but sorry about the dryness. That is not typical with our pies and we do appreciate you sharing this information and the details from the packaging with us. We'd really like to make it up to you both. Please email us with case #62515504 to wecare@conagarfoods.com. Thank you!

Taste bud oasis!

I discovered Marie Callender's chicken pot pies the other day and I'm embarrassed to say that I must've been living under a rock to have never had these before. All of the frozen dinners I've had for the past 25 years have been a flavorless desert. I have found an oasis for my taste buds!! How did you make a pot pie so perfect?! Thank you!

Overpowering pepper taste

I have loved Marie Callender's Chicken Pot Pies for years, but the last several times I've eaten one, ther has been WAY to much black pepper, so much that it burns my mouth. I contacted customer service and they sent me some free coupons, but they still haven't reduced the amount of pepper in the pies. I guess I have to find another brand of chicken pie.
