It ran for 2 days normally, then went to 100% and went into Ecomode and stopped running. I moved it to different areas/floors of my home and it stayed at 100%, even in a room I have birds in (so clearly the air is NOT 100%). I went online and found reviews saying this was an issue for others as well. I'll be returning it.

This Air Purifier Max was a replacement for a prior air purifier purchase that the air sensor became defective. Shark replaced my air purifier under warranty with a better HP302 model. It was received very quickly and is working Great. I highly recommend Shark products and specifically their Air Purifier Max HP302. They stand behind their products.

No worries about changing the filter for 5 years, just check on occasion to see if cleaning is needed.

The unit works good The dust is gone in the air and win you look in the sun beams no dust in it. That's really good.

This works so amazingly, I am so happy we got it. What an improvement to our air quality, you can't even smell we have pets in our home.

Works better than one that I paid $650 for. It’s real quiet on the automatic setting and it cleans the whole house approximately 1150 sq feet.

Shark Air Purifier works great and runs very quietly on Automatic. I worked great to get some smoke out of the house quickly.

Excellent Air purifier. we have a smaller version this one is even better. love the pre filters that are easily cleanable for stuff like pet hair.

It isn't working. Looking for a filter. Bought this one about a year ago and can't figure out where to purchase a filter. We had a Dyson and it doesn't work at all
