We have had this model for several months. The volume of pet hair and dirt it catches is staggering. We just purchased another for another room and a smaller one for the bedroom. Very satisfied.

It ran for 2 days normally, then went to 100% and went into Ecomode and stopped running. I moved it to different areas/floors of my home and it stayed at 100%, even in a room I have birds in (so clearly the air is NOT 100%). I went online and found reviews saying this was an issue for others as well. I'll be returning it.

STRICTLY to inform a one star reviewer of misinformation that the HP305 is Fake because It is NOT a fake: (B®u©€ 03.27.25) (it is too soon to verify how well it preforms so this will need a revision... my first fear is that it will be prior to 5 years that I will need to replace the filter because I have to short hair cats... I'm really thinking within the first 6 months but this is just an assumption for now) The Shark HP305 and HP302 are functionally identical air purifiers within the Shark NeverChange MAX series, with the primary difference being color. This filter does a very good job of purifying the quality of air in your home. It's very easy to set up clean up is a snap. Just remove all the filters and wash them with soap and water and it's ready to use after they are dried. As someone who has allergies and asthma I recommend this product for those who have respiratory conditions. I really like how it has a digital display which indicates the level of the air quality in your hole. It's very good to use in the kitchen to remove air borne odors or air pollutants after cooking.

This Air Purifier Max was a replacement for a prior air purifier purchase that the air sensor became defective. Shark replaced my air purifier under warranty with a better HP302 model. It was received very quickly and is working Great. I highly recommend Shark products and specifically their Air Purifier Max HP302. They stand behind their products.

Just as Aussmom said... there is no pet hair and my house remains dusty. I have 2 that cover 1400 in a 1400 sq ft house. The furniture within reach of the unit has a dust layer. The air indicator only changes when I cook. Im running 24/7, check the screens often. The neutralizer is done already. Haven't had them a month yet. I was hoping to walk into a house with less odor and dust.
