Awesome tasting!

I've loved this stuff ever since I lived in New Mexico! What it does for foods is incredible. Eggs, stews, meats, etc. I do not give 5 stars for doing your job.

The sizes are perfect - since there’s no preservatives, if you get the BIG bottle size, it may go bad before finishing the bottle…this is perfect for the 2 of us!

I’ve used the 505 green Chile jars for years but the product has changed and not in a good way. The last 2 times I bought them they have been green Chile mush instead of diced green Chiles. The flavor seemed fine but the slurry like texture is definitely off-putting.

The company doesn’t remove enough of the roasted peels from the chili. Otherwise very good.

Love this chili when we don’t have fresh! We always have it on hand, and a jar in the fridge for daily use. Really like the size of the jar, it’s perfect.
