[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is truly a great gadget. This is my first vacuum sealer and I literally blown away with the fact that how useful it is.The sealer came well packed. I find this unit easy to use and a real money saver now as groceries are so expensive. It does a great job, quickly removing air and sealing snugly. It makes food much easier to keep in the freezer and not get freezer burn. I love being able to seal things and pop them in the freezer for later use.I can keep my salad ingredients longer in the fridge and my frozen berries and meats do not get the ice build up on them. It works well because we simply divide up the meat in correct portions, vacuum pack and freeze.Another great thing I loved about it -it’s weight and size .It is small and lightweight so doesn’t take much space on your counter top,it fits in my kitchen cabinet easily when not in use.A few vacuum bags were provided to get you started. Also a 8ft * 11 inch vacuum bag roll came with it.You need to cut out from roll as per your desired length and seal one end. The bags are nice and heavy.I've had it about a month and not only did it help me make more room, but it also has helped me keep the vegetable and fruit fresh. Overall I am super happy with this vacuum sealer. It is small, easy to store. I was pleasantly surprised how well this unit worked. I would definitely recommend this unit to everyone especially to the people with limited space !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never used a food saver before. I always wanted to try one, but just never did. It works well for me. I bought a few pounds of meat and then I was able to portion it out and use the food saver to seal up the packaging. It is not super noisy. It is pretty easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting this space saving vacuum sealer for some time and it did not disappoint. We have been purchasing our meats from a farm in Maine, so having this sealer has been a great way to freeze the meat and leave plenty of room in my freezer. It was very easy directions and easy to use. It seals the meat so tightly that I feel it is very well protected. Thawing the meat and taking it apart is not a problem either.

Only 1 star because I only used it one time before it stopped vacuuming. I had an old bulky food saver for years, it finally gave up, decided to try this one because of the smaller design. I could not figure out how to use the accessory port. The tube would not click in or stay in. Even after scouring the internet for help and videos. Piece of junk. Moving on to other brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this great food saver. Easy to use and compact enough to keep anywhere. We buy bulk meat and this comes very handy in storing meat into small portions in the freezer. Vacuum and sealing works very well. We also store fruit and vegetables and they stay fresh. No more freezer burns with using food saver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new to me FoodSavor VS1210 Space Saving Vacuum Sealer is the best new space saving product that I own! This product will take on your big jobs or small ones! It's very easy to operate and clean up too!

I'm very disappointed with this purchase after using another model for many years. The space saving feature was a draw as my other was an upright space saving model...it was a workhorse. My recent purchase does not have an accessory hose for my jar sealers and marinater. The outlet is there but no hose. It is difficult to snap close much more than I am comfortable doing..so afraid I will break the plastic tabs at each end. I would return it but frankly don't have the energy..I am 77 and taking care of my 84 year old husband who has fallen and broken his shoulder. Will just chalk this up to experience. Not a good model for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] FoodSaver Space Saver Food Storage System was easy to use in my kitchen. I liked that I could plan ahead my meals and conveniently store food items with the different bag sizes depending upon my needs. The system was an ideal size to display on my counter.
