For any minor injuries or sores or use Aleve because I find that it is the most effective with my body and relieves pain quickly

Aleve is the best over the counter pain killer. Especially for headaches and period cramps. It always provides me with relief. 

I use these ones to leave in my car. The gel ones do work faster but the heat melts them so these ones are great for travel

Very tolerable pain medication. For headaches they go away quickly. I sleep the entire night. It doesn't make me feel drowsy like the other ones.

They're just good. No other pill makes me feel better. I feel they actually help me out if I have headaches or cramps.
