After taking prescription medicine for a few years for my knees on hiking trips, mainly for the downhill aggravation on the knees, the side effects of the prescription drugs left me with aftereffects of aches and hurts for 3-4 days after the trip. Then my doctor said, "Try Aleve," straight out of the 90's commercials. It worked amazingly! No pain in my knees while carrying 40 pounds on trips. I'm so thankful that God gave people this idea for this drug! After 1-2 weeks of backpacking, and taking two a day, I have no aches or pains when I return home and go off Aleve.

Aleve does not last close to 12 hours as stated on front of bottle.  Have gone back to using my other over-the-counter NSAID.

The reason for the poor rating is my online order picked up on 10/21 resulted in getting an Aleve bottle of 320 caplets  lot number NAA7HOP with an Expiration date of  10/21... I think Sam's club should check their stock for more expired bottles!
