Not as good as Eckrich but not bad

This sausage is precooked and can be eaten plain as bologna. Works well in most recipes.

Good but too salty to eat alone. I have used it in dishes such as gumbo and decreased the salt called for in the recipe.

These things are super salty, idk if it was a bad batch but they are super salty. Will never buy agsin
