TurboTax for Business helped us with our taxes, however a lower price would be very beneficial, perhaps $100 and $10 for the state portion. If you do this, we'd love to rate it 5/5. Thank you!

I've used TurboTax for decades and this was the worst experience yet. I'm sure some of it is my 70 year old brain, but this was not user friendly for me at all. Lots of glitches.

Always know what to expect when I download Turbo Tax. Never had a problem with it. I haven't needed support as it is very easy to use understand and the step by step explains exactly what is needed.

Business edition still not able to import filing from last year with corporation information. It's been YEARS and you still can't do it. This is basic information. This is the last year I use your product.

This year Turbotax was awful. The updating and downloading was the worst it has ever been. I filed late because of how terrrible the software worked. I've been using Turbotax for more than 20 years and I am very disappointed this year.

I am not sure the Turbo Tax software is accurately calculating net income. It appears to be double counting Section 1256 gains. It is included in both short-term capital gains and also as a standalone item in calculating income.

I have trouble downloading the product, other software I've used downloads easier. I'm unable to file my state of Michigan return because of a glitch in your software.

TurboTax Business - Desktop software was a relatively smooth experience my first time using for Tax Year 2024, some degree of learning along the way as getting acquainted with the software and it being my first time filing for our small partnership entity (less than 10 partners). The installation was smooth compatibility with my Windows 11 64-bit system. But there could definitely be a few gaps closed with process guidance to make the purchase and download process a more guided experience to eliminate multiple disconnects present in the journey -- needs a few helpful advance instruction steps at points to eliminate some mildly frustrating guesswork and troubleshooting on proper approach for efficiently accessing the download, or maybe better unify the multiple different disconnected steps involved in downloading, accessing, launching, and activating the purchase. The process of advancing through the filing preparation steps could also benefit from some key additional guidance tips for ensuring a DIY e-filer is aware of some necessary basic quality control elements to reviewing the populated forms prior to readiness to submit the filings. *****With some baseline product familiarity now, I am feeling ready to experience a smooth journey in handling Tax Year 2025 preparation and filing!

This is the first year I've been unable to use my normal laptop with TurboTax that has my prior years filings. Apparently a 7 year old laptop is now obsolete with TurboTax. Also, the price went up 50% for one of the two programs I normally purchase. I'm afraid TurboTax has outpriced itself from the common man's budget or small business owners.

Horrible experience in installing. I have used Turbotax since day one - the 80's ! and the installation of this LEGAL package, bought at an authorized reseller was a nightmare, had to get tech support to help. Turns out the system did not have C++ but the software did not generate any error code, it just did not activate nor run. Even your own tech was perplexed. luckily he was resourceful and we were able to solve the problem after a few hours I wasted all morning. Congratulations - you made Turbotax as unpleasant to deal with as the IRS.
