Very hard to follow the order of which forms need to be completed first. Kept having to go back and forth. But after many hours I was able to complete the process.

This was a lot harder than normal personal taxes, and the system can be a little buggy and less intuitive than personal turbotax. Still good, just a little harder.

I've used TurboTax for decades and this was the worst experience yet. I'm sure some of it is my 70 year old brain, but this was not user friendly for me at all. Lots of glitches.

I have been Quicken/TurboTax user for many (20+) years and have had very good results. Very easy to use on the federal - can't say about the state version.

Your stupid software doesn't integrate with Mac? Unbelievable. Also - I'm not a CPA - but I also am not an idiot. Your software isn't as easy as it should be.

The exclusion of scan or photos of your various 1099 & other banking forms which then place it automatically in the appropriate form/line of your return makes this business version not worth using again.

1. needs to be online 2. needs to be functionally connected to cloud directories as seen on my pc. specifically google drive. 3. needs to quit pushing value added extra cost ads.

Entered info from a 1099-B for stock acquired and sold in 2025. Refused to accept those sale 2025 sale. Said "Sale date not in current tax year". Kept me from e-filing so I had to print out and make a trip to the post office.

I kept getting an error message regarding a form that was completed accurately. Finally, in order to eliminate the error, I filled in a new form with the identical information.
