extremely easy to use, I don't like doing taxes, but I believe moving forward, I'll start doing my own taxes instread of paying thousands of dollars to a CPA for 30mins work. I have all of the documentation anyway.

While importing data into Turbo Tax Business - Desktop, Turbo Tax identified an error in my workpapers for the partners' capital account. This is why I use Turbo Tax - it helps find errors and the ease of importing prior year info. thanks.

Sure would be nice if you could upload your P&L & Balance sheet. Not so many typing errors. I might try a different company next year as they allow it.

Constantly trying to upsell is lame and diminishes trust. The software told me that I was "required" to purchase a NYC business tax form that we are not required to file by law being the income below the minimum threshold.

I am not sure the Turbo Tax software is accurately calculating net income. It appears to be double counting Section 1256 gains. It is included in both short-term capital gains and also as a standalone item in calculating income.

it was a ,ttl confusing so that was kind of hard to go from the forms to the questionaire and then kinow what forms i actually needed. i wish there was more connection to last year

Because I was unable to file electronically I will probably not be using your software next year. By having to file manually I had extra expenses and time because of insuring timely delivery and authentication of delivery.

Not very good. state e-file charges is a tricky hidden charge and should be disclosed at the time of purchase. user interface has many inconsistencies and it is very hard to navigate back and forth.

When filing my Form 541 for my Trust, in CA, Turbo Tax finaled my return saying I owe $23 in taxes...that should not happen as all of the income from the trust is distributed to the beneficiary, who pays the taxes on the income...
