The Business desktop version of Turbo Tax is somewhat cumbersome and can be confusing. I would much rather have an online version to use similiar to what is available for individual filers.

For my Form 1065 and IL Form 1065, the results were correct. It makes it easy to make sure that I enter the correct and consistent answers from year to year, so I just need to make sure the numbers are correct for the current year.

I was able to complete my federal taxes. I purchase the Turbo Tax Maryland State tax software for S-Corporations. I downloaded it and it does not work. I have been waiting 3 days for a return call. The Engagement # is E1771564781998.

The assistance was wonderful. There was no wait for a specialist. She was very patient for the 2 hour phone call. And my taxes have been submitted successfully!

Support is great. Feature could improve. Unlike the personal Turbo Tax software, the feature to be able to download tax forms received from investment firms using the account number and the document number is not available. That is a real bummer!!!

There is too much duplicative effort if multiple sittings are required. I also very much get frustrated by the lack of a single purchase option. Being nickel and dimed is frustrating.

The only problem I encountered was tying to change the Date Put Into Service on one of the vehicles. It wouldn't allow me to change it from the old vehicle to the new one. No easy way to make that change that I could find.

The refund/owed amount not showing in the final review on top of screen. Not showing at any time on the top of screen. Made sure I was current on updates, still did not show. However, the correct amount did show on the actual 1041 Form.

I am not able to download broker/financial institution 1099s for For 1041. I received a message that I had reached my email limit. The limit is 5. I only e-filed 3 returns.

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least the past 15 years and have always been successful with my submissions. The tool is intuitive and easy to use!
