Terrible product. I bought this thinking it would make doing my taxes quicker. I had to manually hard enter through the forms in order to add additional members, despite the software saying there were "Add" and "Edit" buttons. Would recommend looking elsewhere or doing it yourself at this point.

I have been using Desktop Turbotax for Business for many years and generally I love it!. But... why STILL cannot e-file an amended return? This is very frustrating! For the $ paid this feature should be included by now! Intuit Turbotax - fix this!!!

I've thought about switching tax software for several years, but after ALL the problems I've had this year, this could be my las year using the software. I had to spend over 6hrs on the phone with tech support just to fix problems with the software, along with multiple purchases for one soft ware licenses. During this process I lost the "Free" audit support. The sad part is, I spent over three times the time on the phone than I did actually doing my taxes.

This product makes doing the tax return (941) for either estate or trust accounts. There are explanations for various boxes that help you to choose the correct answer, including comments that something is not common. I am fortunate to have found this product, rather than paying a CPA to do these simple returns.

front and back printing caused me to have to print twice. Software froze in several places. Hard to integrate the installment sale forms into the software . Could not use the online method. Could not figure how to view my forms and move back an forth between step by step and forms.

My business return was incomplete - was missing asset sale dates and the error check did not highlight it. The proceeds did not show up in the Schedule K either. I only noticed this when I was preparing to file the individual returns. I had to amend the returns and Turbo Tax does not support e-filing amended returns.

Luckily I had last year's return to find the differences. I'm not sure why every year it' something new that doesn't work as you'd expect. This year it was telling me my EOY values in my balance sheet needed to be zero. Then my state and federal income amounts were out of balance because even though it applied changes to the California total, it didn't add that amount to the adjustments worksheet.

The product quality continues to get worse. All of these later, you still don't provide a QuickBooks online import. The form availability is greatly delayed. Overall, I'm finally going to move to other products. Thanks for the nudge away from Intuit.

I used Turbo Tax Business for the first time. While I was nervous filing on my own, the interface and step by step instruction helped me feel confident with filing for my business tax return. Some things I would suggest is to have a feature of defining certain fields - I had to google a few sections to see what I was supposed to include. Overall, a great program, and can definitely see it being a useful tool once my business is more robust with deductions etc.

This is the second year I've had to fight the program with no support. You had an error in depreciation review, but no way to find out the problem was yours without digging through chat boards. Unlike the personal tax software, there is zero support or it's well hidden.
