The live expert was great. Very professional. Working with your website, trying to download the software, was a nightmare. A completely frustrating and unnecessary time waster. I had to call customer support just to purchase and download the software. It was ridiculous. Fix this.

Went very smoothly. Most of my questions were handled within the program and when I did need extra help i was able to talk with someone on the phone fairly quickly. (10 min) Knocked you down 1 star because I'm still irritated that your Home and Business Software doesn't handle the K-1's for my LLC and I have to buy the Business version as well.

it is 1/13/26 w2/w3 forms for 2025 are due for filing postmarked by 2/2/26 but the forms are printing with the wrong year - i reported the problem over the phone and still hasn't been fixed, afraid to be late with filing. I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and never had this problem before

The software was very helpful in pulling together information and preparing K-1s. However, I would have preferred that the step-by-step instruction give me more guidance on entering the distributions to beneficiaries rather than insisting on percentages.

I will say this has been the worst year filing taxes for me. The staff at TurboTax has been amazing but the product has been horrible. The new way to get a W2 for my S-corp through off my year and now I am filing an amendment but the product is inflexible.

My business taxes went well, although it was unclear about the process when a state doesn't accept e-file (Colorado). TurboTax leads you through e-filing the federal taxes, and then says you are done. You need to go back and manually print the state taxes despite the app saying you are done... it's a little confusing.

I had problems with TurboTax Business after a recent Windows 11 update. The symptom was when I filed our LLC return TurboTax Business app crashed during the efiling step. Then I couldn't get back into the app (it would just crashed). After rebooting, reinstalling and trying everything I could think of I finally had to call Intuit. The person on the phone was very helpful. The workaround was to right click the app and Run as Administrator which allowed it to work again.

I use turbo tax business for my 1041 trust returns. 2 huge problems. - need to use PC instead of my apple computer. - unlike turbo tax personal 1040 - i cannot connect to my brokerage and download transactions. Need to put in manually is terrible. why can't you add this feature?

I prepare taxes for a small LLC that's a rental business. The step-by-step process doesn't seem to work well for this, since the key income and expense data all need to go on to schedule K. So I moved it all over manually. Also, I have to say, there is no reasonable way to pull the data from Quick Books Online. It's not a big chore, but this has been a problem for years. Finally - there's no version for the Mac - so there's pain moving files back and forth between my main (Mac) and a PC laptop. Between what we pay for QBO and TurboTax desktop, we're going to look for a more affordable solution going forward. (I hate the fact that QBO comes with ADS - really?). I could not find any support for TurboTax Business Desktop other than the user forum I am trying to file partnership return for State of Georgia. I was able to file the Federal return form 1065 but when it comes to the state return I get the following message. Tax Year 2025 transmissions are not available . TurboTax Business is not ready to process Tax Year 2025 for this file. The Georgia partnership form 700 was ready Feb 20. Its now Feb 25 and I still can not efile the Georgia partnership return. I don't want to paper file the state return. I can't find the support page where I could talk to a live person or be able to send a question or a description of the problem. My assumption is that TurboTax is having programing problems and is still not ready to transmit business tax returns to Georgia. It is only Feb 25 and the returns are due March 15 less than a month away. I could keep trying every day to transmit the return to keep getting the same message. Or there could be some other silly problem such as an extra space in a number. A blank space instead of zero. TurboTax usually shows a blank space when the entry is zero .
