In General, Turbo tax for business is a good product. HOWEVER, Intuit F's its customers not using updated or subscription versions of Quickbooks because TT will not import data from older, non-subscription versions, of Quickbooks. For what I do, it's easy enough to manually enter data but I still feel that Intuit's program is spiteful.

I'm still irritated that you will not import from QuickBooks earlier years' products that you sun-setted - that I have to manually enter each number for the business tax return. Also irritated that you didn't provide a disc for the 2024 tax return programs. I don't want to need to use the cloud if I want to move the program to a new computer. You just made it more difficult.

You really do need to add the capability to "import" 1099 data from financial institutions. Without it, I will switch to another software provider. I am tired of putting all my data on a spreadsheets from 20+ 1099's to add manually. I have been a TT customer for more than 25 years.

I appreciate that turbo tax is easy to use, but given the fact that I am doing all the work, and we have relatively simple returns, even though we are filing for our own LLC, I don't like that I have to pay for the program every single year, given that you have to do updates anyway even when you purchase the product, because nothing is still ready to file until the government finishes their updates. I should be able to free file our business taxes, upon the initial purchase of the program. That or if you want to do a small fee like $15 for updates every year, that would be more reasonable and understandable, but to do free file for regular taxes, yet charge for llc's, yet not for other small business is unfair and unjustly makes us pay more when we shouldn't have to.

After years of great work this years products have really been frustrating......download state tax loops, filaure on personal returns (so far) to load....this has been absolute MISERY. Seems next year, I need to review and investigate alternatives....very disappointed to date.

Each year TurboTax works less easily than it did the year before. The tools for recording Capital Gains do not coordinate with each other. I used the online Chat Room to get some help, but it was impossible to remove blank form and took proofreading and redoing repeatedly to confirm that the return was accurate.

I had the pleasure of talking to Tiffany on 4/9/25 at 3:36 pm. I was having an issue with my email on my account and couldn't access the Turbo Tax Business software I had purchased the night before. She was patient, understanding, and helped me gain access to the software I purchased and took the time to help me resolve my email issue with my account. She was absolutely amazing, very professional and went the extra mile for me. I can't thank her enough.

In general, I am very pleased with "Turbo Tax Business - Desktop". However, like most things, there is room for improvement. Some screens could use a little more information or links to help to get context. A notable one was asking about forms I needed need and only included the form number. It wasn't clear why I was being asked. Were they forms to complete or forms TurboTax needed to include? I had to go outside TurboTax and research the Form! Simply finding the title of the form resolved my question, in my case. Yes, I could ask a Tax Professional, but this is wasting their time and possibly additional overhead for me -- just include a tiny bit more information and resolve many potential questions. I also use TurboTax Premier and it addresses this and other issues MUCH better. Another item would be the ability to import, again like in other products.

I could not import my QuickBooks 2021 desktop business (S-Corp) into TurboTax. I Quess this is a way for Intuit to try and FORCE you to pay the monthly fee. So much for rewarded customer who have been using Intuit Products for over 20 years. THANK YOU!!!

The product is good except when it's not - then there is no way to get help or service. The AI help is garbage. Can't understand even the basics of a query. Assumes and then leaves no option for changing result. I had to hang up and start over multiple times. Finally got a human. He didn't solve the problem or even show any interest in fixing the bug. Basically said, "too bad. You will have to file by mail because the program won't print your required form."
