It's pretty good at advising along the way. It gives a lot of helpful tips and explanations. Then checks for accuracy.

My experience with the TurboTax Live help was great. My experience with the Desktop version was dismal.

I have always liked and enjoyed using Turbo Tax though this year I am having technical problems with the state return.

I was able to use Turbo Tax without trouble. I did not have to ask for support so did not use that feature.

It was terrible. A lot of time was wasted, just to learn that TurboTax for Connecticut does not work. Hope I'd get my money back.

Invented a phantom capital gain of $15,000 which caused a tax liability to State of California. UNABLE TO RECTIFY within the software.

Not helpful enough in giving direction on how to address and correct errors that keep you from e-filing.

With the rules/laws changing every year it is awesome that TURBO tax keeps me informed and provides tools to stay compliant.
