front and back printing caused me to have to print twice. Software froze in several places. Hard to integrate the installment sale forms into the software . Could not use the online method. Could not figure how to view my forms and move back an forth between step by step and forms.

Filing my business taxes with the IRS and two states was very quick and easy this year. Due to an error on my part, I mistakenly purchased the S-corp desktop product twice. TurboTax was very quick to refund the duplicate payment after I contacted support. All returns were quickly accepted and the process only took a few hours.

It works but you need to use AI because the documentation isn't very good. The workflow is nothing like the personal versions - for example there is no wizard or easy to find instructions for allocating ownership share and profit/loss sharing between LLC Members - you have to hunt around for the right worksheet.

The application is very good, but it seems designed primarily for novice users. It would be helpful to have different user levels that allow experienced users to bypass repetitive questions. For example, I own 14 rental properties and have to go through the same questions for each one. A feature that allows users to skip or streamline these steps would greatly improve the experience.

It took multiple downloads and reinstalls to fix this product, which delayed ability to file and caused undue stress. The download also caused major malfunction and issues with USB drive, and made USB unusable after use. Also, the auto-purchase caused unnecessary double purchases for the same product, which could have been preventable with an inability to purchase same product and hint before duplicate purchase. Turbo Tax used to be designed for those of us who needed help understanding how to file properly. This program was very confusing and did not help answer questions at all. I pay money for it so I don't have to Google questions. There were parts of our taxes that were unclear when using this product. Parts were very confusing with little explanation available.

After many years, this is the first year I used the live help service. I connected with a REAL person who answered my question (that the automated chat failed miserably), and also provided some useful insight, in no time! It was a great experience!

it is not as easy as it should be. I have used turbo Tax Home and business and it is easier to use than Business program. Your questions are not specific enough and don't cover all areas unless you search and look for it. It took me 3x longer to use this program than the one I have used for years.

Turbotax works. Barely, but it gets the job done. It would be nice if the business software ran on Macs. I end up needing a PC every 6 or 7 years just to do taxes. Also, there is a lot of manual entry required, but at least you can overwrite where needed.

In my opinion, TurboTax Business is below standard in comparison to the mainline TurboTax 1040 software products. Definitely not as polished; it is more like the old Win3.1 versions. In-program topic information is not as good as the 1040 programs. I used the CA state fiduciary program as well, but also seemed clunky and review for the CA return did not work well. At one point in the review it indicated that I could not e-file the CA return, but when I got to e-filing it indicated it could. In the end the program got itself in a loop with the CA review so I had to turn off CA e-file to be able to e-file the Federal; I then was able to print the CA to mail in. I also needed the Nebraska 1041N state software but Intuit did not offer it; a big disappointment.
