The box came torn and mangled. The grill was bent on corners, paint missing and it looked like it had been used (bare spots where you cook). The hose was broken also. I kept it because it was all fixable. I spent about $20 to make it look new. Now it works like a charm.

This griddle is amazing! We have used it almost everyday since we received it. Easily put together in 30 min with 2 people as it’s heavy. Heats up quickly and the hidden grease trap is great. If you have dogs you know what I mean. Great griddle and great price.

A great starter gas griddle and good value for the price. Mechanically well built, and easy to assemble with patience. I am 75 yrs old and was able to haul home boxed in the back seat of my 2001 Buick Century. I required help loading it in the car, but was able to unload by sliding it myself (on a piece of cardboardl onto a 4 wheeled garden wagon. Burner knobs offer minimum temperature control, and griddle heatmap is along back half of of griddle. Front of griddle is suited for parking food after cooking until removing or serving from griddle (be careful to avoid dropping food into grease drain in center/front of griddle). Fun to cook on, easy to clean, and seasoning gets better with use over time if properly cleaned after each use. I purchased an aftermarket aluminum griddle cover that overhangs the griddle and supports the included plastic cover to keep water from puddling over the griddle. Highly recommended if keeping outdoors over the summer. The 5th star was witheld due to limited burner heat control. Also because side shelves get too hot for practical use.

We absolutely love our griddle, we replaced our grill with the griddle, and we havent not missed the grill! We shopped around reading reviews on this product versus the leading brand, and price point and product quality has been fantastic. Putting together was a breeze, followed instructions provided to season the griddle top and have had no issues. It includes a cover which is fine, we purchased an additional steel cover (from a third party), because the griddle top should not get left wet, due to rain etc. Concerned that the cover provided may not be sufficiently waterproof or that it blows off during bad weather. But still gets a 5 star review, based on performance, quality and price.

I would give it 5 stars but it’s only at 4 because of the burner. The levels it burns are only high and low. Even at low, it burns up fast. I’m still learning how to use it, as I have recently became interesting in cooking new plates. Griddle comes with a cover which was a relief. Not hard to clean at all. Would definitely recommend to someone else to buy.

It’s hard to install the side tables due to the position of the 4 screws. Be careful as it’s easy to damage the thread leaving the screws un tight. The griddle works really well, I cook everything while keeping all knobs at the lowest temp. It’s really enough. Apart from this issue with the side tables’ screw, I have really no complains! The griddle works perfectly and price is unbeatable !

After having used this griddle about half a dozen times, it works fantastic! I love cooking on it. I did use the flax see oil to season it and provide a non-stick rust prevention surface. My only complaint (as others have stated) is that a lot of heat escapes around the gap just below the griddle top. I'm hoping to bend some roof flashing or other type of metal to hang over the sides of the griddle top and block some of this heat and keep the side shelves from getting quite so hot. It also would be nice if the shelf without the gas tank below it could fold down. Other than these 2 small complaints, the griddle is great!

This grill is terrific. We've been using it for breakfast--bacon, eggs and hash browns. With the 4 burners, it handled all with ease. We did burgers and the results were just perfect. A nice crust on the exterior but juicy and a little pink on the inside. I almost forgot. Cleanup is a breeze also.

We purchased this item for my boyfriend for Father’s Day. Of course, I thought maybe he would be disappointed because it wasn’t a Blackstone but to my surprise, he actually loves this and raved how much better than a Blackstone it is! His poor charcoal and gas grills haven’t been touched since. So far he has made burgers, brats, eggs, French toast, and hash browns. We can’t wait to try it out with fajitas and Philly cheesesteak. Do not under estimate the craftsmanship of this!!!

It’s good for the price. Easy to set up, nice size, cooks well. To make it exceptional, I would like the cooking surface to be reinforced (like the more expensive flat tops to avoid warping) although mine has not warped. Read the directions when seasoning the griddle. YouTube shows use high heat...... don’t do it for this griddle, medium heat works and that’s what the directions say. High heat can warp the flat top. It comes with a cover and a scraper, both nice. Live the grease pan in the front, MUCH better than having it on the side or back. I got this on sale and delivered to my house for $216. Good purchase for the price.
