Was easy to assemble started cooking right away I don't think the cart it self is study enough but overall satisfied customer

This is a great griddle. The side tables don’t fold down but that doesn’t impact the griddle performance.

We had to wait for quite a bit for this to come back in stock but now we love it. We won't be cooking in house much this summer.

I bought this and when I went to put it together I found panels bent, a crease from being bent right above the burner knobs.

Griddle was being hauled to a school function and lost the drip tray. Does anyone know how to order that spare part?

Had to redrill a number of holes. Cup for draining grease did not fit had to angle grind the hole. Grill works well but assembly was a pain.

Bought this griddle a month ago and we love it! Have cooked a lot of things on it and it does a fantastic job!

Love the grill but it takes multiple tries to get it lit which is really annoying and I'm considering returning

i have used it numerous times and it gets better every time. have no problems as of yet. well worth the 300 dollar saving over a blackstone.

There was a deep dig in the shelf under. Two of the brackets were bent had to be bent back to assemble it. Then one of the side shelf's is dented.
