Order not complete. Ordered 2 and only received one. Tried to call numerous times and no answer.

Problem with order

I immediately noticed that the rolls were more narrow than the last time I purchased Charmin Ultra Soft, and sure enough they shaved 1/2" off.  I'm really tired of manufacturers messing with the quality so they can keep the same price.
