[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are bombarded with ads every day and I for one am sceptical. So I love trying products to see if they live up to the hype. Very very happy to say this stuff really is soft AND strong. Holds up to the job and feels so very cushy on the tushy. During this product testing time me and hubby came down with the flu. Then we ran out of facial tissue. We had to use something and neither one of us was up for a run to the store. So we tried the Charmin! I am telling you it felt just as soft as our regular facial tissue. It saved the day. It passed a test I wasn't planning and did a great job. You can bet I am switching.

First thing notice was softness and thickness put it on toilet paper holder noticed was narrower then my regular brand. Was soft and absorbing but roll did not last as long as my regular brand and there is just me and my husbsnd. With the price of paper products need a product that not only is dependable but last longer. I gave it four stars because of it is soft and absorbing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not all toilet paper is alike in my book. I am a bit particular about my brand. I usually buy the larger size rolls so it lasts longer. I was thrilled to try Charmin Ultra soft toilet paper. The day it arrived I switched out my toilet paper rolls. I replaced both bathrooms with the ultra soft toilet paper. I instantly noticed the difference. The Charmin ultra soft paper truly is very soft. It was very durable and did not rip or tear. It left a person's behind feeling like it had done a great job. It almost felt like it was silky or let your behind soft and silky. Every time I use it, I think, I really like this toilet paper. I like how long the roll has lasted. I will be a Charmin Ultra toilet paper fan. A great product.

I was amazed at how soft it truly was considering the commercials SAY its soft, how soft is pretty understated and then I was amazed at how fast it disappeared, I found out my daughter (she's 4) was using it as blankets and bedding for her dolls and when asked about it, she said "it's soft mommy, like a blankie." So I let her use that roll and I put in a new roll. We are a house divided, some of us like the softness and cleanliness that it provides while others, set in their ways prefer the scratchy thin rolls we previously bought! Oh well, guess we will be a Charmin household for half the house :) You have to try it to judge for yourself but I bet you'll be running out to get more when you need to!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got my Charmin kit yesterday and immediately put it in the bathroom. My 10 yr old son came home from school and that's always the first place he goes. He came out and told asked me if I got a different toilet paper "cause it's soft." I told him I did and he said it would be good for nose blowing too! I tried it later and boy was he right! I also noticed that it flushed very easily and since it is so thick you don't have to use as much. I will definatley buy this product

After over 45 years of buying toilet paper as an adult, I am so very upset. Not only did you change the size from 4.5" x 4.5" per sheet to 4" x 4" but you changed the product itself! I have a medical condition that makes wiping very painful. I use a bidet and have used 3 sheets folded to blot after I go for years. Now, I need 4 sheets! The ultra soft gives off so much lint I find tons of it on everything in my bathroom. The ultra soft also falls apart so I find pieces in my underwear between toilet visits just with blotting. The ultra strong feels like sandpaper and causes extra bleeding problems. Both kinds cause me to have a reaction of some kind now. I know it is the new formula because I have some old rolls and if I use them I do fine. Shame on you Charmin, shame on you. Now I have to go on the search for new toilet paper that does not break me out more than what I already have medically. Just think about how painful and frustrating this will be. Why did you have to mess with success!

I noticed several months ago that the quality of the paper was reduced but it still wasn't terrible. Now I have noticed that the rolls have been shortened, my TP holder is the kind where one end opens out by the press of a button and the TP just falls out of the holder now. I refuse to change all the TP holders in my home and business just because Charmin chooses to shorten their rolls. I will switch to Cottonelle Ultra! Their paper quality is preferable anyway and they didn't shorten their rolls!!

I also like the two ply softness. some tissues are one-ply so they fall apart easily. this charmin is soft and one doesn't need as much tissue to do the job properly. Love, love, love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Charmin ultra soft mega rolls from charmin in a 4 pack. It is totally wonderful. I love the megaroll. Lasted so much longer and I was thrilled I didn't have to change the roll as frequently. The roll will be great to use in the guest bathroom when there is a party. Besides lasting longer it was incredibly soft. I think this is the best brand out there.
