[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Charmin. Its all I use. I have used Charmin for many years and only used other brands when broke or could not find. At 79 years old I don't think I will change my Charmin for another brand.

Have used the product for many years but lately the quality is sub standard. Sometimes the product is good (soft), at other times it is harsh. What is going on?
