the only TP we use

Width change from 4.5 to 4 inch

I have used ultra soft exclusively for years. Your latest product change to a 4 inch wide roll made Charmin just another TP. You are just part of the crowd and no longer stand apart for the consumer.

Charmin Ultra is #1 and Only 1 Used In My Househo

Charmin is the BEST toilet tissue there is on the market, It is the ONLY brand bought for this family. We wont use anythiing else. Its soft, durable, and strong. You dont have to use extra to have that clean feeling. Charmin Rocks.

Not Soft

Something has happened to Ultra Soft lately. It does not feel soft, it feels like single ply, and I am using more sheets than I did a year ago. You had a great product - why did it change? Too bad - I will start looking for another brand.

Love the Charmin!!!

I love it

I'm pregnant right now and have been through a couple of harsh brands that didn't help, but hurt and cut my backside. With the Ultrasoft, I feel like I'm wiping with a cloud. It's nice to not get fissures from wiping your behind.
