[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a VERY picky toilet paper user, I cannot tell a lie! There are some things I refuse to buy bargain brands for and TP is one of them! I have trusted many commercials that guarantee softness beyond belief in their TP, and yet when I have decided to leave the ONLY brand I ever buy, I have been miserable and disappointed by the money wasted. I don't ever want to use what I have purchased, and yet, I don't DARE to leave it in a bathroom for my guests! (So the boys in the house get it, since they don't use it as much as the girls!) I was very excited that Charmin offered to send me free samples of Charmin Ultra Soft. It is not the brand that I just can't live without, and yet, since I was getting it free, what did I have to lose? That's right...nothing! I have to say...Charmin does keep it's promises! I was prepared to dislike it completely, or at least put it as a 2nd best, but I must say, it is a welcome guest in my bathrooms any day! I was thrilled with the amount of paper on the roll. So many brands really skimp on sheets and the ply within each sheet, but Charmin Ultra Soft lasted and was soft, and sturdy. It didn't rip for any of those tougher jobs and I was very sad to see it roll to an end. =( I will certainly be buying Charmin Ultra Soft. I do still love my other fave, but I can honestly say, it is a tie for these two brands now, and I love them both for different reasons. Definitely worth your money! I know this brand is a little more expensive than others, but having used it, I can tell you, it DOES last longer than other rolls so you won't go through it as quickly, it's beyond soft and it is tough where it needs to work the hardest!! ;) You just can't beat the cush for your tush that you get from Charmin Ultra Soft!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Toilet tissue is one of the greatest inventions out there, it is simple but who wants to do without it. Charmin is the best I have ever tried. So no matter if you call it bathroom tissue,or toilet paper Charmin is all you need to call it. There is ultra soft, ultra strong or basic, they all do the job and do it well. It will not clog your septic tank and you use less when it is so thick and strong.

Unlike normal toilet paper, the roll from my latest package has no 'scores' to allow tearing of individual squares (or multiples). I looked for a place on your site to contact you directly but could not find one. Thought you would want to know about this quality control issue.

I have used Charmin Ultra Soft for many years. I even converted my thrifty mother! However, lately it has not been the same. It is much thinner and much stiffer! I found an old portion of a roll and compared the two side-by-side, touch by touch. The change is obvious! It now feels as if I purchased Charmin Essentials Soft instead. How did you expect us loyal consumers not to notice??! I can purchase a much cheaper brand and obtain this level of softness. It's unfortunate that you don't mind losing us to “them”.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh My Goodness, I couldn't wait to try Charmin ultra soft. I thought it would be interesting talking about toilet paper. Well, let me tell you, I could not wait to try it out. When I opened the package and took out the first roll I said to my husband, I like it already. I have not been disappointed with it. It is very soft to feel and also soft to use. I notice it flushes very easy to. Some toilet paper I've used when you flush the toilet some of the paper comes back up. I have not had that problem with Charmin. I have been using another name brand toilet parer for years but, I might have to switch to Charmin. I have mentioned this toilet paper to others as well. I am quite impressed with the softness of it. I remember years ago the Charmin commercial " Please don't squeeze the Charmin. Well, I have to squeeze the Charmin because it is soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was an advocate for strong paper because soft paper always left toilet paper residue on me, but I can definately say that this toilet paper has turned me. It is soft on skin but not smear paper. It stays in tact and is still strong. The roll seems to last longer than my quilted northern double rolls too! I would have never purchased but I received a free sample. I'm glad I did. I'm definitely buying from now on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a house with 4 boys (including the husband) and to put it nicely, the bathroom gets a workout. Charmin Ultra is a wonderful product. I haven't heard anyone yelling that the paper broke since I started using it. I also do the laundry and haven't noticed any "streaks" when putting clothes in the wash. Charmin Ultra has also been great when it comes to blowing the nose. We haven't had any blowouts using Charmin Ultra and that is saying something. Over I would definitely recommend Charmin Ultra for a happy tushie, which makes for a happy mommy.
