I have used this product for years Charmin is strong but very soft, it also is a great deal,you save on your wallet I feel it's one of the best on the market I will continue to use it. What a wonderful product.

I bought essentials by mistake and I thru it away because it was not at all the product ultra soft is, I have used ultra soft for many many years and I will never use anything else. good job Charmin.

You’ve lowered quality in the inside diameter of the roll has gotten larger so you’re giving us less. I understand price increase, but the lower quality is unforgivable

The rolls are too big! I requested an extender and received it. However the ends of the extender are too big and don't fit in the holes of my built-in toilet paper holder. Can anyone suggest what can be done to make the extender fit?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Charmin ultra soft toilet paper. It is soft and works well. It doesn't tear and fall apart while using it. I like the feel of the toilet paper.

Today I came home to a pile of unrolled toilet paper-again. Charmin, my cat prefers you to all others. Soft enough to sleep on, but strong enough to give my cat a pillow that is about 45 ft long.

I bought the 9 roll pack and out of the 9 rolls, only one of the rolls was normal! Towards the end of the roll the paper was all zig zagged and fell off the roll. A rip off for the cost of this item. Always have been a Charmin user, but no more!
