[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My loyalty is to always purchase Charmin products especially Ultra Soft Tissue....I like the larger sizes of toilet tissue that way one roll lasts longer. Recommend the product!

Ultra soft has changed: it is not as soft and it does not tear off easily or straight. The formerly plain soft paper is now less soft and thick, but rather is stamped with a design

Whatever happened that now the hole in the toilet roll is twice as big as it used to be and the sheets are getting more narrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh for the good old days.

As a family of 6 we have purchased a lot of Charmin over the years. But the current UltraSoft isn't nearly as soft as it used to be, so it's time to find a different brand. You ruined a great product. :(

While using Charmin I found that in opposite of the bear in the commercials, we had toilet paper bits left behind, like having lint in your crevices. We actually prefer Angel Soft.

When my wife left me, Charmin Ultra Soft soaked up all my tears without having to break the bank on multiple rolls. Now I can use my money for the divorce settlement. Thanks Charmin :')

I purchased a large 36 pack of Charmin from Sams Club. The tissue smells like mildew. Like I I was once wet and dried out or there was some moisture where it was stored. Sams club wouldn't take it back after already being opened.
