Never received this item. So they refunded. Problem was I purchased this with a promotional $ off and because they never delivered it and had to do a refund, I couldn’t repurchase with the promotional $ off, because it says I already took advantage of it. Not happy about that, so I didn’t repurchase this item.

It’s my favorite because there is no residue after you use it. Like every now & then, I’ll grab a piece of toilet tissue to wipe off makeup (when out of tissues!) and other brands leave a tissue “lint” on your body. So I buy the Soft Charmin always now.

To expensive

The quality of this product used to be good but lately they started to do 'wavy' perforation of the individual pieces. 95% of the times, perforation is invisible!!! You just tear up the pieces randomly and without any control; leading to plenty of wastage. For the priciest toilet paper in the store, these awful 'invisible' perforation is inexcusable.

Great price and great product. Could not find this quantity for the same dollar amount in any grocery store. My concern is around the Charmin commercials. I noticed the red bears are selling the blue toilet paper and visa versus. Now I thought the red toilet paper was strong and blue toilet paper was soft. The Charmin bears clearly have a preference so why are they changing their mind and confusing the consumer. Now if Charmin said both were strong and soft then I could understand the crossover marketing but clearly that is not the case.

Hate the reduced size??

Soft enough but does not tear as easily as it claims.
