I bought this product and used it once to blow my nose and your product smells like urine. Like someone has been constantly urinating in the batch process to make toilet paper! This was disgusting. I was trying to find the place on your website to make a complaint and your website is so confusing I could not find it! I used to work for P&G and am so disappointed in how difficult it is to find your customer complaint website.

It's soft and durable, lasts longer than most brands I've tried which is important to me. I expected it might clog the toilet but it did not! It also doesn't clog the toilet like other products I have used in the past. Charmin is the only brand I trust to use in my bathroom. Even with four different people living in our household from ages 12 to 40, we ALL agreed on what we thought of this great toilet paper. Compared to our normal store brand paper, Charmin has great quality and definitely tells the truth on their packaging! The last thing about this Charmin Ultra Soft is that it's VERY septic-friendly! No problems with flushing or the pipes at all! Thank you, Charmin, for yet another great product!

I have been buying Charmin Ultra Soft for years. It truly was the softest compared to other brands until they changed it a few months ago. I don't know if the print design has made a difference but it is no where near as soft as it used to be! We are disappointed! After months of continuing to buy it we have given up and switched to Cottonelle. Cottonelle is still not as soft as the original Charmin Ultra Soft but it's softer than the current Ultra Soft that's on the market. Please change it back!!

Looks like it will stand up to the job. One nice thing I find is that I use less toilet paper at a "sitting". I am very impressed withCharmin's Ultra Soft Toilet Paper.

My package was the ultra soft which my families likes even better than the regular Charmin. It is even softer on your tush but still just as durable. I actually think you use less tissue due to the softness. I also like using the mega rolls because they go much further which means changing rolls less as well as shopping less. #freeproduct

It wipes well and almost feels moist because it is so soft. Unlike other brands with 2x, 3x, 4x more paper, the Charmin Ultra Soft really was 4x the paper and lasted a long time. I received this product for free from Charmin, but I will now be buying more at the store.
