I waited over four years to finally buy this mattress and I am so in love with it. I will admit the first few days were not good, it took a few days to get used to the feel and I tossed and turned a bit. But now after having it for three weeks my husband and I just love it and sleep so good. Everybody asks me if it's hot and NO it's not all. We live near Sacramento and the Summers are very warm here and I think my old mattress felt so much warmer. Also I got the Pro Adapt Cooling Pillows in Mid height and I love those too. You will NOT regret buying this mattress and pillows.

Originally we had gotten a new basic spring mattress. When we were still having trouble getting a restful sleep we went back and traded it in for the Tempurpedic Pro Adapt soft. This was the best decision we could have made. This is truly the best sleep my husband and I have ever had. We sink in and fall right asleep. We will never go back to a spring mattress again.

The mattress is very good and we decided to buy the matching pillows. The wrong pillows were sent, because while I was shopping the pillows reset to the default of queen size instead of king size. The representative told me too bad and no returns or replacements.

Our previous Tempur-pedic was 20 years old plus and definitely needed to be replaced. This time we bought a split king with an adjustable base because we both need to raise our heads and my husband needs to raise his feet a little also. The ProAdapt soft mattress has proved to be very comfortable for both of us whether we sleep on our side or our back. We both have different types of back issues and I have problems with sciatic nerve so the comfort of this mattress is extremely important to us and we just love it. I can only think of one negative issue and that's it can be difficult to change the sheets.

Both my husband and I are getting a better nights sleep and have noticed our backs don't hurt anymore when we get up in the morning. We are also sleeping cooler, no more sweating when we wake up. A little pricey, the most we have ever spent on a bed, but I think we made a good purchase.

I've have semi-quality mattresses all my life. This one kills them all. I bought a FIRM because is stops me from the tossing and turning. I also have Sleep Apnea. 1 Month into this mattress and I'm hooked. I have nights I don't recall tossing or turning. My body is well rested and I'm adjusting to the firmness of my mattress. I also purchased 2 Cloud Firm Pillows and 2 Neck Pillows. All well worth the investment of many years of restful sleep.

But given a few weeks it loosened up and has stayed comfortable since. My only complaint is sometimes I do get hot, but I sleep hot normally and it is in the hot summer months now. I should've probably bought the cooling pro adapt mattress but just couldn't move myself to spend the extra grand on that price tag. But I'm happy enough with my mattress so I'm set.

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. Requires a period of adjustment but it's the best nights sleep I've had in a very long time. No longer having hip and back pain. The mattress conforms you your body for full support. Have recommended it to others and they purchased one and love it too. The pillows are just as comfortable.

A year ago, we were sleeping on an all foam Ghost Bed and I had lower back pain every morning. We went to a mattress store and did their assessment and ended up with a Sealy Posturepedic Medium Hybrid with an adjustable base. That alleviated almost all of my lower back pain, but I still slept with a pillow under my knees most nights. We have been sleeping on the Pro-Adapt for 3 weeks now and my lower back pain is gone, it seems my support needs are finally being met. My husband didn't experience the same issues as I, but he did comment this is the most comfortable mattress we have slept on yet. I would now pay for the level of quality Tempur-Pedic provides, I'm a convert! For those on the fence, consider this. If a mattress lasts for 7-10 years, your daily cost for amazing sleep is less than a cup of coffee. Would that be worth it to you?
