[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I bought the pro adapt medium hybrid in a king. Our 10+ year old spring mattress was leaving me achy every morning, would wake up feeling like I got punched all night. Now those aches and pains are gone, baby! Tempur pedic so supportive it just contours your body and hugs you. Now... the down side - this mattress sleeps warm, I had no idea coming from a traditional mattress. We just put new bamboo sheets on last night and they are feeling cooler. We have a few more days to decide if we want to exchange to a luxe breeze - they are expensive but we might. Probably worth it if you're a hot sleeper, I would suggest their breeze line.

This is the best mattress we have owned, even my husband says so! I have had back issues for 30 years and with this mattress I never think of back stiffness when I get out of bed and certainly don't have to immediately go to the floor to stretch. Not only comfortable but the best sleep we have had in years. I have nothing but praise for this mattress.

I've been sleeping on my Tempur-ProAdapt soft for a month now and I love it! I decided on the soft because I am a petite 110lbs and figured I would not get the true cushy benefit on a medium or firm. So far it is perfect and I noticed right away the first night that when I get into position I stay there almost all night! I used to toss and turn and always had shoulder pain and hip pain. My back feels great when I wake so even though it's soft it's supportive. Had a frozen shoulder in the past from bad position sleeping on a regular mattress. Decided to splurge on this bed to benefit my health. I also purchased the adjustable base to complete the experience! Only downside was strong chemical odor from the mattress for the first few weeks. I stripped the bed everyday and opened the window to allow it to air out. Now today 4 weeks later it is very minimal, I'm sure it will dissipate completely soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the adapt medium which was too soft for me and slept hot so I upgraded to pro adapt firm, it's A lot cooler and the sheets don't sink in and move around.. I noticed the beds do off-gas and need to air out for a few days. Final conclusion- the bed is outstanding it contours to your body the way it should and yes you can still sleep on your side. I look forward to getting off work every night now. Thanks Tempur-Pedic!

It's pretty clear that my husband and I LOVE this brand, all around! Before we had decided to buy the ProAdapt Firm mattress, we used one of the first models of the Cloud and enjoyed it for almost ten years. After purchasing the ProAdapt, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the mattress pad and covering provided, and are confident to say that it is worth every penny spent! The Firm hardness is perfect for the both of us and we've had no trouble sleeping since. While in the process of moving house, we had a problem and had to utilize the mattress warranty. The customer strive was very responsive and was quick to replace the product with pickup included. The delivery guys were also very friendly. We would definitely buy from them again.

I'm a light (110 lbs) side sleeper with mild lower back pain. Initially I bought the classic medium thinking it would be the best fit for my needs, however within a few weeks it felt like it was sinking so I exchanged it for the Pro Adopt Firm. At first I thought I made a huge mistake because it felt like I was sleeping on a board and gave me shoulder pain but after 3 months it is a dream!! I was worried it would continue to bother my shoulders but now I don't have any pain with all the comfort of a firm mattress. If you like a firm mattress and have lower back pain this is for you but you must give it the full 90 days to adapt to your body. It's a firm cloud that will last!

We bought our first Tempur-Pedic mattress in 2003. We replaced it this year. The first one was the greatest thing we had ever experienced. The present one is even greater. We are both 80 years old and have physical challenges. This is the best sleep we've ever had.

This is my third Tempur-pedic and I have to say the best one yet. The hybrid model provides the most comfortable support for my aging and damaged back. It also sleeps cooler than the Rhapsody breeze. I love the feeling of the temper foam, and the coils enhance the ability to roll over, and move easily on the mattress. I'm hooked! The pro smart base is exceptionally nice in that it provides the lumbar support and newer sleep technology. The only negative is the inexpensive feel of the remote. My Ergo base remote has motion "wake up" backlighting. The Pro Smart remote requires a flash light to see which buttons to push, before the back lighting comes on, and very quickly goes off (almost instantly.) other than the remote issue, I love my new bed!!

Took a lot of time deciding on a new mattress as they are not cheap... Spend the money! Tempurpedic is a life saver for me and I will never be able to go back to a regular mattress ever. I adjusted to the difference the first week. I used to wake up through out the night with back pain and arm pain as I am a stomach sleeper and never could get comfortable on my old mattress which was a very good quality mattress as well but never could get through the night on it without waking up in pain of some sort... Thinking I am just getting old! Tempurpedic has changed my life.. Seriously. I wake up ready to go and no more aches and pains... Worth every penny!

We got this California King sized mattress to replace a waterbed insert mattress that we had kept way past its expiration date! We expected an initial adjustment period. But from the 1st night, it felt great! It fit perfectly inside our waterbed frame, and was the perfect thickness to let us roll out of bed without landing on the hard sideboards of that frame. The only negative thing I can think to say about this mattress is that the "Law Tag" was nowhere I could find. And the website was of absolutely no help in pointing me to the right spot to look for it. That tag has the serial number of the mattress that the online registration process requires. I ended up calling customer support, and they registered my mattress without that S/N. Still, it would be helpful if the online registration function, knowing which mattress you are trying to register, could direct you to EXACTLY where the tag could be found. Another way to be helpful about this would be to encourage retail store delivery staff to show customers this tag so the S/N could be recorded BEFORE this heavy mattress gets put in its "final resting place". P.S. I'm not writing this review because it qualifies me for entry into a monthly prize drawing (Big deal ... I never win anything ;-) I'm writing it, hoping that someone will actually fix the online website as suggested above. While it is no longer an issue for me, it will continue to needlessly frustrate future customers. You're welcome!
