The Shark Matrix 2-in-1 robot vaccum does great job mapping the floor and vaccums both hard surfaces and carpet thoroughly and self empties afterwards. It has an attachment to mop the floor and comes with cleaning solution. The mop function works well and doesn't leave any streaks on the hard floor surfaces. The only issue with mopping is it sometimes goes on to the carpet based on how the carpet floor layout is in my house, but i quickly make sure to move it back to the hard surface. It is configured and scheduled via an app, which means you can have it clean while you are asleep or out and about, and it is much quieter than other robot vacuums I've owned in the past. Overall, it does a great job cleaning and I would definitly recommend it.

The directions were very easy to follow. It cleans very well however it skips some rooms in my house. With that being said I went to use the app as it states that when you do that you are able tell it which rooms to vacuum. The app could not connect to my wifi no matter what the directions and suggestions said. So that was a disappointment. Overall it works great and I like how it has a chamber that cleans out what the shark robot sucks up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you Influenster and shark for allowing me to receive the shark Matrix for my honest review and I honestly don’t know how I have done without one it is a powerful vacuum that saves you time and money no more bags I spend my time not vacuuming and doing other things while it does all the dirty work. To say I am amazed at how well and how deep it cleans not only hardwood floors but my carpet is amazing, I have two dogs and I could not get over how much it picked up and emptied into the canister at them end of cleaning even my hand held expensive vacuum never found all that. And the mopping what can I say amazing I will never go without a Shark Matrix again.

Through the app you are able to scan the home and specify the area that you want to be vacuumed, as well as program it to start on certain dates/times. The vacuum starts on its own on the specified dates, and once done, it goes back to its charging station. It’s also self emptying the vacuum also has a mopping pad and reservoir for mopping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved testing and I am still currently using the Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot. I love knowing I can “set it and forget it” while I work- who wouldn’t want to have their floors vacuumed or mopped without having to do it themselves? The Matrix Clean function is great for more concentrated effort in areas. The app is very easy to use- the only part that needs a little refinement is how to perfectly calibrate the Robot Vacuum for the mopping functionaility. As far as the vacuuming, I was really impressed at what this little machine could handle. Don’t expect it to pick up fuzz that is super embedded into a carpeted area, but it will certainly take care of the rest! My dogs have gotten used to the Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Robot.(despite the video I posted), my kids love to see it in action, and I love the satisfaction of emptying the dust canister when it’s finished!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this shark! We have had other robotic vacuums and they couldn’t transfer to the carpet easily. This one is amazing and does a great job!!!!

We bought one and it worked well until one day we noticed that it didn't matrix clean rooms any longer. After spending 45 minutes on the 'phone with theShark people, we learned that it no longer matrix cleans rooms, only 5'x5' areas!
