[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you Influenster and shark for allowing me to receive the shark Matrix for my honest review and I honestly don’t know how I have done without one it is a powerful vacuum that saves you time and money no more bags I spend my time not vacuuming and doing other things while it does all the dirty work. To say I am amazed at how well and how deep it cleans not only hardwood floors but my carpet is amazing, I have two dogs and I could not get over how much it picked up and emptied into the canister at them end of cleaning even my hand held expensive vacuum never found all that. And the mopping what can I say amazing I will never go without a Shark Matrix again.

Not only does it vacuum and avoid bumping into things, but it will also mop my entire first floor. This is a great investment for anybody seeking an easy but efficient cleaning system for their floors. It also empties itself! Need I say more???

It comes with everything you need including the dock, landing mat, robot, mopping pad, multi-surface floor cleaner, and more! The best part about the the Shark is the SharkClean app. The app maps your house and allows you to send your Shark to any immediate needs or keep it from no-go zones. It maps carpet zonesy and spot cleaning so your floors are cleaned according to the design of your house. The apps keeps you current with your Shark and provides you with location and current charge level. I am very happy with our Shark Matrix, it does a wonderful job cleaning our tiles floors and carpeted rooms.

After doing all kinda of research reading and watching youtube videos on Robot Vacs I was pretty much sold on another brand. I walked into Sams Club one day and this was on sale for 239.00 in club. I did some quick reading on it and decided to give it a chance at that price. My experience is with 2 dogs, 2 kids under 6 and a house of plank floors and tile. No Carpet. Having said that, Sweepy Joe has perfomed awesome. We have had to clear the brush roller only for things a normal vac would have had trouble with too. 4 days of rain w dogs going in and out has been a non issue. just wake up Sweepy Joe and give him some lines to follow and they get cleaned right up!. Gets all the dog hair up and out from the edges and gets under the kids beds too, wont have to move those as much now. Seriously if your lookin at these for the first time give this a shot. i cant promise its awesome on carpet, but its great on solid surface floors. After the research i did its well worth the current full price of 450ish. I was actually planning on spending that much on the other brand that was just a Vac, im glad i didnt. This thing is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had previously owned a Roomba, but the Shark Matrix is on another level. It works impressively well on carpet and works even better on wood/tile floors. It picks up pretty much all the dust (other than edges next to walls and corners, like any other robot vacuum) and it’s quite quiet. I haven’t tried the wet feature yet, but the vacuum function impressed me. I love that you can start and stop it from the app and the app also notifies you if any errors (so you can be in another room and know if it stops so you can reset it). I also like that I don’t have to empty it every time since it releases the dust into the dock. Would buy time and time again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this lil jewel! Very convenient and works well to sweep AND mop. Sometimes she gets confused as to where her dock is, but overall, she is very effective. I would recommend as a purchase if in the market for a floor cleaner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark Robot is perfect for me being that I’m always on the go I just turn it on connect it through the app with Bluetooth or Wi-Fi but sometimes the Wi-Fi doesn’t always connect that’s why I gave it four stars it could be an app issue but it does a great job of vacuuming & mopping floor just don’t leave any socks on the floor anything that can get jammed in it

Here are the negatives. It's loud. The app is slow, clunky, and frustrating to use. You can't see the vacuum progress in the app. There are literally no instructions or manual or any kind. This model doesn't even show up on Shark's website. Gets lost sometimes and can't find it's way back to the dock. And this is just say 2 after purchase.

The setup was simple & it is convenient to be able to download an app on my phone to operate it. It has a self-emptying station, & the dust bin typically only needs changing every 30 days. Totally love this product & would highly recommend!
