[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I genuinely love this 2 in 1. There are pros and cons but the simplicity and convenience alone outweigh the cons. To start, the packaging was simple and well done. It wasn’t hard to get everything out, no styrofoam covering the room, and very few pieces to manage. Setup took 5 minutes! Plug in the base, set the dock, attach the little side brush and dock the vacuum. The app is easy to use with a friendly UI and took no time at all connecting the vacuum to Wi-Fi. I really love the mapping feature. It takes a bit to set up to map your home and it’s not good with smaller objects, so just be sure to clear the floor of any toddler leftovers first! You can schedule cleanings, tell it when and where to vacuum and you can mark out carpeted areas for it to avoid when mopping. I have many toddlers and 2 cats, and this vacuum is a dream! It cuts down on daily sweeping on my tile and keeps the floors in the bedrooms clean and tidy, just be mindful of legos! The biggest draw back is swapping out the dust bin for the mop bucket, and clearing the water afterwards. You have to reset the device each time you decide to switch between mopping and vacuuming. I mostly just leave it to the vacuum for convenience sake, but on deep clean days, being able to have it mop a specified area (like the kitchen) after I move onto a different area makes it convenient! I would highly recommend this as a vacuum alone but despite some of the drawbacks of the mopping, it’s well worth the buy!

I run it daily and it keeps my carpets and laminate free of dog hair. It is quiet and yet powerful. It also has a mop function that works wonders. The app is easy to use and set up was simple. I would definitely recommend it to others!

Here are the negatives. It's loud. The app is slow, clunky, and frustrating to use. You can't see the vacuum progress in the app. There are literally no instructions or manual or any kind. This model doesn't even show up on Shark's website. Gets lost sometimes and can't find it's way back to the dock. And this is just say 2 after purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely LOVE how convenient this is. The sweep function is super effective (except for large pieces of paper). The mopping function is also very good, it doesnt leave any streaks on my wooden floors. I havent tried this on a carpet so don't know how effective it is there. The app is pretty easy to use, but the initial mapping was a little tricky. It took a couple of tries but now i have a clear map with the no-go areas marked too. The self emptying is also a great addition, I only end up having to clean it after 3-4 full house cleans.

I have been using this Shark Matrix 2-in-1 robot for about 2 weeks now and its AMAZING! I hardly even notice its there. But I definitely notice the difference. It vacuums and mops, and has a self emptying feature! Has been so nice to have, helps clean up everyday and lets me have more time to do other things, and vacuum less.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark Matrix 2-in-1 robot is good for cleaning floors. The mop connection is cool and a wonderful idea if you don’t have area rugs. The shark goes around your house and maps your floor plan. You can mark on the maps individual rooms. Kitchen, bathrooms,bedrooms etc. It also has where you can map out area rugs. However that’s where you run into problems. The area rugs are put in by measurements. No matter how many times I tried and my husband tried. We could not get it to line up with the shark. So if we were to run the mop function it would go over the rug or come up short. So the way around this is to just do the rooms that have no large area rugs. That feature is good. Disappointed you can not do all the floors with the mop attachments. With that being said this is a great machine. You have your mop attachment that mops the floor but also vacuums up the dirt first so no pre cleaning. You also have the attachment that just vacuums. Like the regular shark robot. You can do it all from your phone or by voice command with Alexis or other device. I also love that I can just have it mop the kitchen. You can break up the cleaning for certain days if you have a larger home. This is a great helper for around the house. Floors always seem to need to be cleaned especially the kitchen. We love our guy we named him Neo. Watching him go around the house looks so cute. He does miss a spot here or there. But it seems the more he runs the better he gets. I highly recommend the purchase of this guy. If you love clean floors. This was given to me by influencer and Shark for my honest review.

My husband purchased this baby shark for me cause i had back surgery and im very pleased. I had issues trying to understand how it worked because this is my first robot. I called the support team and they helped me so much to better understand it. Now, its a breeze to sweep our house. I have not mopped with it yet to say how well it does.

The Shark Matrix 2-in-1 robot vaccum does great job mapping the floor and vaccums both hard surfaces and carpet thoroughly and self empties afterwards. It has an attachment to mop the floor and comes with cleaning solution. The mop function works well and doesn't leave any streaks on the hard floor surfaces. The only issue with mopping is it sometimes goes on to the carpet based on how the carpet floor layout is in my house, but i quickly make sure to move it back to the hard surface. It is configured and scheduled via an app, which means you can have it clean while you are asleep or out and about, and it is much quieter than other robot vacuums I've owned in the past. Overall, it does a great job cleaning and I would definitly recommend it.
