It pulls saline in one nostril around the back of the nose and out the other nostril. Helps remove allergens and mucus. This is a great product that is very user-friendly.

The Navage irrigation unit is definitely an upgrade from what I have been using in the past, it is easy to use, no watery mess and comes with a handy pouch to store all of the supplies included and everything you could possibly need was included! Not only did I find the first time use to be simple it is also a breeze to clean the unit and compact enough to easily store in a smaller bathroom. It's a well thought out product that I really enjoy.

I am not too stuffed up right now, but I still saw a bit of gunk in the water at the end. I don't know that I would've paid $100 for it, but I was happy to get to try it for review purposes. I have been wanting to try one for years but it was a bit out of my price range.

First time didn�t go so well, couldn�t get flow. After a few days, I tried it again and it worked like a champ. I think inflammation or nasal congestion may have been the cause for not working the first time. But I can definitely see the benefits of using it.
