My husband sends many packages & has a tendency to overdue it with packing tape. It's always been a joke in the house how much he uses. Your tape both enables my husband to feel secure that his package will reach its destination in one piece while I don't have to worry about the expense of him using just about a roll on every package. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M sent me a roll of this tough stuff to test and I'm now a big fan. It holds fast on every box I've tried no matter the texture or the load. Once it's stuck, it's staying or else you'll damage the paper it's stuck to. The dispenser works perfectly just like the other packing tape dispensers I've used on Scotch products. Perfect for heavy moving boxes!

I've always thought that this brand was really good, but this packaging tape is worse than regular tape. It doesn't stick to anything except on its own sticky side. It does however stick to regular printer paper. Just not cardboard or anything else. Don't waste your money to buy this tape if you need to tape down your boxes.

I bought the package tape with the red roller, I spent half an hour trying to get it unstuck from itself for first time use. I managed to do that, then it stuck to itself again. I ended up throwing it away out of frustration. Why can't you make a tape and roller that is user friendly.

This tape sticks to paper but you can easily peel if off without disturbing the paper -- extreme lack of adhesion.

I bought 5 rolls of packing tape. Wheres the adhesive? The only thing it sticks to is other parts of the tape.

Crappiest tape dispenser ever. It doesn't cut the tape. When you try and cut the tape, it just pulls an extra 2 ft of tape out and twists it around into a big mess. Don't waste your money.
