The tape itself is the same ol', same ol' we all know and love. But ... the "new" dispenser is useless. And I do mean USELESS! I fished my old, broken one out of the trash so I could tape a box up for storage. I'm going to try to saw some "teeth" into the new dispenser. Wish me luck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scotch Brand, Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape is the ONLY tape I use for taping Cardboard boxes with!! I recently got a small sample of Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape in the mail to try from 3M, however it arrived after I took off to Illinois to be with my son who is now in hospice with stage 4 Stomach Cancer. Even while my oldest son was deployed in Iraq with the US Army, the countless care packages I shipped, I used 3M's Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping and Packaging Tape with Dispenser for years. We have moved 3 times in the last decade and love how easy this is to use for sealing the packing boxes. And our 3 grown children live in different states and we always trust Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping and Packaging Tape to seal up our gifts for the kids on holidays and other special occasions. It is easy to use and very reliable. I was glad to receive a sample of this great product in exchange for my honest review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am used to using the packing tape so using the Heavy Duty version I can instantly tell this is a more durable tape. It feels stronger and it is stickier. I think it would last a very long time. I received this free to test and review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice Strong Tape, perfect width for packaging. Tape and dispenser work as advertised. Always have liked their Shipping Tape, meets all my needs at an affordable price. Received as a free sample to review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the thickest and strongest-holding shipping tape I have ever used. It is also clear enough to put over shipping barcodes for protection. The packaging is also sturdy and provides the perfect housing for the tape that allows easy tearing. I highly recommend this tape over any other brand for shipping packages.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this to review and must say it gets the job done. I am a merchandiser and deal with a lot of boxes sent to my house that need to be loaded into my car to be brought to stores. They always fall apart but after I received this tape and started to use it, I have not had any box fall apart on me since I reinforce them with the 3M Heavy Duty Shipping tape. I am sure you will not be disappointed in purchasing it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping tape to mail a box. At first I didn't think the tape itself felt sticky enough to adhere properly to the box but after applying it I realized it was indeed sticky enough and would hold fast.
