This is the best packaging tape in the world. Nothing beats it. It holds my packages shut whether they are shipped, moved or mailed. It is easy to work with and doesn't sliver when I use it. I would recommend it to all my family and friends. It's worth it for the quality and performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free from 3M. We decided to use this tape to make a cardboard castle. Since it was heavy duty, we thought it would hold up better than normal tape against the hustle and bustle of a busy castle. So far, the castle is still in one piece, and the tape is still securely in place. The tape does feel slightly thicker than regular packaging tape. Overall, we are pleased with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product Wednesday, April, 27 2022. I needed to mail out a book to my grand child from our home in Pennsylvania to Arizona. Love how it comes with its own holder and you don’t have to try to find where the tape ends again. Perfect for small jobs!

Worst design I have ever seen in a tape gun, just how difficult does such a device need to be?! The cutter does not cut when it is supposed to, I had to press the tape into it with fingers millimeters from the teeth, or cut it with a separate blade, all while holding the package together with the other hand. Then the tape stuck to the guide bar disallowing dispensing. I would further complain that the plastic parts broke easily, but that was when it hit the far wall with an overhand throw.

I use this tape at work ALL THE TIME & ITS GREAT. I am a pkg. Handler at one of the largest shipping companies in the world & if it wasn't for this tape, our delivery drivers would have terrible days because of companies who do not use this kind of tape and in the process off shipping their boxes start to break open , resulting in the contents getting lost of damaged in the process, which makes for unhappy delivery drivers as well as unhappy customers. No bueno when customers don't receive all they were expecting because of other ineffective tape used to close packages. Scotch brand packaging tape is the BEST!!! THANKS SCOTCH BRAND, YOU ALWAYS SAVE THE DAY!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Several years ago I purchased this product & was amazed at how durable the tape held over heavy boxes during a move. The dispenser has held up to this day & I just buy more Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping Package Tape refills since then for special occasion & holiday shipping. I recommend this product highly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since you have come out with the "easier" to handle packaging tape dispenser- no longer am I messing the tape all up with my attempt to put it on a package. For years and years I always hated having to get the "tape gun" as we all called it because even when it ran out we all dreaded having to remember the flow of how the tape was threaded to come out on the other end correctly. Maybe I am in the minority with the previous hassle of packaging tape but I don't think so. This has been like a miracle in our office.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although Scotch Premium Performance packaging tape is excellent for sealing packages to be mailed, I have found other wonderful uses. I sew. She who sews must occasionally rip. Scotch Packaging tape is the pickier-upper for all the little loose threads on my fabric. I also use it to pick up cat hair on my furniture before company comes, to de-lint my husband's jacket when he leaves for work and to pick up what I can't see on the mat in front of my kitchen sink. I'm so fond of its many uses that I buy several rolls at a time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am actually sending out packages to out of state family and this came at the best time. I used this to v cx Lise the packages and I didn’t need to double tape like I have had to do with other brands.
