[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this on every package I send. It is sturdy, sticks well to all types of surfaces (cardboard, paper, plastic, etc) , and keeps packages securely closed. Literally cannot ship without this stuff!

Had 6 rolls of this tape forgotten in a warm 2nd floor closet for at least 3 yrs. Got laid off, started cleaning out rooms, found the tape, started making Covid19 masks to ship out to people all over the US. Used up these rolls on Sm & Med USPS boxes, and shipping labels, tape never failed me. Strong and stuck like glue on everything Ive used so far. The found rolls were perfectly fine in the warm closet for many years. I will definitely buy more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scotch Brand, Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape is the ONLY tape I use for taping Cardboard boxes with!! I recently got a small sample of Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape in the mail to try from 3M, however it arrived after I took off to Illinois to be with my son who is now in hospice with stage 4 Stomach Cancer. Even while my oldest son was deployed in Iraq with the US Army, the countless care packages I shipped, I used 3M's Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape.

At one time I purchased generic shipping tape only because of the high volume of shipping tape that I need and use. But the results of the generic tape were less than satisfactory and for secure hold, I would use twice as much tape. I switched to Scotch heavy duty shipping tape and now, every package is securely sealed and arrives intact without excessive tape. I am VERY pleased with the quality of the Scotch heavy duty shipping tape ~ I will never go back to generic shipping tape!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent a roll of Scotch Heavy Duty Packing tape to try out. The timing was excellent as I had several things to return. I really like that the tape doesn't split or tear as you roll it off the dispenser. The adhesive is really strong even on boxes with a slick finish. I also put together some boxes to use as storage. The tape is really strong and secured the bottom of the boxes of books with no trouble.
