The Bentgo Kids Chill lunchbox has a nice design. The icepack that comes as part of the lunchbox works well and saves space. The compartments are a good size for my children, and help me to put together a balanced lunch. It is leak proof. The one issue I've had with the lunchbox is mold appearing on the seal. However, Bentgo customer service has been helpful in addressing this issue. Some tips for prevention are washing with White distilled Vinegar regularly, using cling wrap or other plastic over the lid interior silicone, and completely drying after each cleaning - as opposed to air drying.

this is a super cute backpack! id rather try the other backpacks to! my son takes this to school and he can fit a lot of stuff! dad bought the bentgo lunchbox and it is % 100 good and nice! so ill give this prouduct 100000000 thums up!! even the lunch container is cute! but sometimes the leaches break off, but they get fixed quick! i will be looking foward to buying more bentgo!

I love the concept of keeping food cold until lunch- there's nothing worse than a lukewarm string cheese... I did struggle to keep my box latched once the ice tray was froze, but i reached out to customer care, and they were quick to send me a replacement!

I bought this just last month and it just rained here this week, the book bag started reaping an extremely disgusting fish smell when it rained. I have since tried to clean it and it has only gotten worse when exposed to more water. The company claims it’s water resistant and that is not true. It cannot hold any water without smelling like a seafood market. Bentgo seriously needs to look into this!!

I bought this for my new preschooler and love it so far. It's easy to clean and use, and provides just the right amount of storage for my daughter's lunch. I bought this one because of the ice pack which is helpful to keep her lunch cold. Highly recommend!

The product is good for elementary school (age 5-8). It would be a bit small for older children. The ice pack stays cold enough for school and is a nice alternative than a separate ice back. We had an issue with the clasp popping open so we would use a rubber band when we sent the lunchbox to school. However, customer service is excellent (5 stars for customer service).

I will be honest, I purchased this bag without much research and thought because of the name brand and I'm a little upset I did. The quality is awesome, there is no question about that but I am regretting (very much) purchasing a backpack with the lunchbag attached on the bottom for a couple of reasons: 1. The bottom takes up room inside the main portion of the bag. My daughter brings home a folder every day (typical size) and you have to push it back behind the zipper for it to sit nicely. It has come home bent a couple of times simply because I have a Kindergartner and she just puts it in (duh) and I don't expect her to have to push back her folder into the backpack--no one should. So, I'm disliking the tight fit of normal-sized items. 2. They obviously don't take their entire backpack to lunch, so she is just carrying the Bentgo lunch container. However, there is no room in the container to have utensils or obviously a drink. That being said, she would have to carry 3 items with her which may not sound difficult, but for a 6 year old it's cumbersome. In hindsight, I should have purchased the single backpack with a separate lunch bag so I would have more room in the pack and so she would be able to carry her drink and utensils in one swoop. As mentioned, GREAT quality, but I regret purchasing this backpack but will have to make due this school year sadly.

We are a bentgo box lunchbox family. Every child has one. Every niece and nephew also gets on for their birthdays. It’s a great box that is durable and high quality. It never leaks. My kids love using it and want to eat everything in their boxes! The designs are so cute too. They also have great customer service.

I bought this for my son and it is adorable. The first Bentgo chill box we received had a problem with the latch but Michael in customer service was helpful and pleasant. He resolved the issue immediately and sent out a new one. Not only am I pleased with the product but glad the company provides such effective customer service. Thank you!

We’ve had our bank go chill for a few months now we do like it. I kind of wish that the compartments were sized a bit differently on the inside. I can’t quite fit a cut sandwich into the one side. But we will use it for cut up fruits and vegetables all the time.
