[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this new Downy Rinse and Refresh laundry odor eliminator for the first time and I have to say I was impressed with it. I used a different type of refresh for my towels but this is way better. I used it on my son’s work shirt’s and he said he liked the way they had a different type of smell. There really isn’t a con.

I hate this! The first time I used it, the bottle was so flimsy that it collapsed and I lost about a quarter of the bottle. You need different packaging--with a measuring cap and handle and a firmer container. The second time I tried to use it, the bottle collapsed again, and it spilled all over my dryer. Way too expensive. The smell is pretty bad too.

I’m looking to have clean and soft clothes without the use of heavy perfumes and thick goopy fabric softener. I have finally found one that fits the bills! Smells clean without sickening perfumes. Makes my clothes soft. Very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is a very active runner and tends to rewear the same core workout clothes…and they are STINKY. I wash them on hot, use scented detergent, but they still always seem to have a lingering subtle smell and never feel truly clean. Adding this to the load really helped! I probably wouldn’t use this on every load of clothes because of the added fragrance on top of my already-scented detergent, but love it for those extra stinky clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downy Rinse and Refresh Cool Cotton smells really good. I add it to my works clothes wash and it works. Can't go wrong with Downy products. The scent is very clean and not overwhelming. I would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look and design of the bottle. Its nice being able to see how much is left. The bottle is easy to hold and pour. The smell is subtle and not overpowering. My laundry smells better added this to my detergent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very cautious using new products because we have are sensitive to certain laundry products. This product is amazing! I have a tendency of getting my clothes pretty sweaty. I don’t have to worry about them anymore!

I thought this would help me from sorting clothes that used fabric softener vs those that recommend no softener use. 1) there is no pour spout design with the bottle. Therefore hard to control the pour. 2) there are no instructions on quantity to use...not on label, not on website. 3) it would be great to understand when to use softener vs this product.

I use both the softener now and the rinse. My husband likes it too. I will be buying both from now on both the softener and the rinse. Thank you Downy.
